“The king size bed was comfy, the pillows too. The chair and side table in room was so cute. Good tv channel selection of tv programs and streaming. Roomy bathroom and shower. Everything was clean. Oh and the complimentary cookies. Plus it was cool to get a carnation on Mother’s Day, thank you again!”
“The room was fine. But the customer service I received this morning wan not food. 1st off the front dest doors were locked. The worker took a few minutes to open the door. Then the coffee area was low or without stuff for the coffee. There was no mixing Sticks or spoons to mix the coffee. So when I asked if there was any. And the female said no there wasn't any. And said to use a pen if I wanted something to mix my coffee. I was really grossed out that she would say something like that. Especially when there's so many germs & COVID going around. So I had to leave.”
“They were horrible I got double charged for one day and they asked me to leave and kept my deposit made up three different stories for an excuses for keeping the deposit and asked me to leave because of my service animal who I had there for the whole week already after I paid for two different days and then they even called the police to have me leave and i was told to take it to small claims court .
