“The property cancelled reservation without notifying me. Check in time was 3 pm I showed up at 4pm due to rainy weather. The girl at the desk 1st said there was no reservation in my name then I showed her my confirmed reservation through booking .com then she said it was cancelled I asked the policy which was never given. I was then told the hotel was sold out. I explained I had just driven 3 hrs, I told the hotel is sold out and there was nothing she could do then walked into the office and closed the door. I never had a problem before now, which the manager should be sent letter of my treatment from there staff and I should be compendated.”
