“Clean, comfortable and quiet. Spacious rooms. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good, with a choice cereal and bagels. Nice coffee and selection of teas.”

“We really loved our stay at this welcoming and comfortable B &B at 15 minutes away from Bryce Canyon. Tropic is a perfect location and the B&B is in a calm neighborhood. The room was well-equipped. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious !! We could only recommend Happy Trails and their lovely cats !!”
