“Lobby under construction. Lobby floor in process of being tiled with exposed material that could cut or injure guests. Lobby floor was wet and unsafe. It is highly unlikely that this facility was granted a "Certificate of Occupancy" or passed the inspections required to open to the public. My wife and i decided to seek another hotel, knowing that we risked losing our prepaid reservation. We were able to book the night's stay at a nearby Hampton Hotel and did not stay at the Holiday Inn Express.”
“Appreciated the breakfasts, but as a vegetarian/vegan, more fruit selection would be nice. I realize there are very few vegan foods in the markets and so that certainly isn’t the fault of the hotel.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
