There was nothing we didn't like about this property or any of the staff.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and cozy the cabin was. The cabin was the perfect size for my husband and I. Check in was was flawless. The breakfast had many choices and I loved how everything was individually wrapped. The owner was extremely friendly and nice .She was very helpful with any questions or concerns we might have had. We also enjoyed her dog who greeted us every morning when we went to breakfast. My husband and I will definitely go back again.

We were in the area for a family reunion and additional family members stayed here as well. Varying accommodations but all were good. The weather was terrible so we could not enjoy the outdoor spaces. Owner very friendly and pleasant. Good continental breakfast available. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable.

I was moved to a different cottage due to potential weather so I'm not sure if this is fair. If you are looking for a place with all or most of the modern amenities, this place may not be for you. There are very few outlets. I have a C-pap machine and brought my laptop and phone so that was a bit of a challenge. I would have liked a microwave but that's not a huge deal.

The caretaker (Nora?) was great! She was very friendly and clearly loves hosting people. Along with her dog River she made me feel very welcome. The continental breakfast was really good, especially the coffee. The location was perfect. You are just off of route 1 but may as well be out in the woods because it's very rustic with a lot of trees. Just a mile down River road is a really cool cove with a nice beach. If you drive, you can turn either way on Shore drive and have a beautiful scenic drive.

The cottage was very clean, charming, and the attention to detail was obvious. The coffee was delicious and the breakfast choices were just right for our way of eating. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and the owners were very helpful. We will go back.

There was not one thing I didn’t like. I wanted to plan a trip back before we even left.

Loved the little cottages. The decor was perfect, the porch was perfect place to sit in the afternoon. Location was great. Loved the owners/managers!!!

Mattress was rather hard.

It was only 10 minutes or less away from the beach towns, and wonderfully peaceful, avoiding the throngs of people. Breakfast had a lot of options and was convenient to grab and go or eat there.

Every part of the breakfast was packed, but that's just a small note.

The appartment was so cute - we liked the furniture with a clear British influence. The location is absolutely awesome; the garden with the pavillon was so pretty, and we took the opportunity to play Cornhole board with the kids. Had much fun. The kids used the pool, too, which seemed to be quite cold (they just dived in and out...). The breakfast was tasty and varied.

The cottage was too small for our liking, we didn't have a microwave, the shower was tiny, and dorm size refrig. The cottage we stayed in would be perfect for one person staying 1 night. If we stayed again I would ask for a much larger cottage with full-size appliances.

The location was good...never ate breakfast there.

I hate to say it because loved my stay but the stairs to our suite were steep and hurt my knees and made it hard to get things up. But I guess that's a new England thing.

Extremely well run accommodations. Nothing I didn’t like, just a note to future guests to bring an extra set of towels for bathing and beach/pool.

Great location and wonderful vibe. Felt like an adult sleepover camp. Woodsy and shaded enclave of 10 or so well kept and serviceable cottages. Guests can also stay in main building. Friendly and dedicated onsite innkeepers. Lovely little takeaway breakfast offered in the lobby of main building. Good for people traveling with dogs. Also, one stop souvenir shopping directly across the street at the Shops of Cape Neddick. Check it out!

The super steep stairs! However, keep in mind this house is really old so it was to be expected. It wasn't as close to the beach as we thought but once again, no stars or points deducted because the intersection drama was fabulous!!

The hosts were amazing! We loved River, what a sweet dog. The room was spacious, and the hosts provided a sweet breakfast basket in the morning. Muffins, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit and a few more treats. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower amazing! We stayed in Suite 3 and the view out the window was awesome, especially if you like window watching. The intersection drama was cracking us up!!
