The room appeared to be smaller than it looked on photos. I couldn't go around bed - no place for that. I could access window only by climbing on bed. My stay was on my birthday, it would have been nice to receive just a word of congratulation

Everything was great except the A/C in our room was not working properly. Would not get cold. The manager came to check it out and pressed a few buttons on the thermostat, which we had already done. He told us if we turn it down too much it kicks on the heat. Never heard of an A/C working that way. We never turned it lower than 68 but it never would cool off. He said some floors were freezing and said they would see about changing our room but never did. We were not in the room much during the day but sleeping was very uncomfortable. We woke up several times sweating at night because it wasn’t cooling off.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any requests.

Room was great and the bunk bed was fun for our kiddo we brought on the trip. Location was fantastic! Our son left his airpod at the hotel and they helped us get it mailed back to our home state!

The hotel location is perfect! It’s right in the center of Times Square. It’s in walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The staff were kind and helpful!

Thin Walls: The walls seemed quite thin, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This affected my ability to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. Old Furniture: Some of the furniture in the room felt outdated. While the room was clean and well-maintained, updating the furniture could enhance the overall aesthetic and comfort of the stay.

Location Amazing: The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the heart of Times Square. It's perfect for anyone wanting to explore the vibrant city life, theaters, and attractions without needing to travel far. Staff Nice: The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help with any inquiries or requests, making the stay more pleasant. Clean: Cleanliness is a top priority here. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the standards throughout my stay. The Layout of the Room: I was impressed with the room layout. It was well-organized, spacious, and had a comfortable feel. The design made the room feel more like a cozy retreat amidst the bustling city.

The rooms were not to big and really dark - ok in Manhattan you cannot expect the sunshine in the room but with almost no daylight the wall papers should be white to give some light and its not like that. Beside it was impossible to grab something to eat even from the machines, because didn’t work

The hotel was really in the centre of everything that you want to see in NYC. Just a step from Times Square, the personel very attentive and helpful. We got the room almost without the window (yes it’s true unfortunately) but only just one question and they’ve changed the room for another one. Clean! Beds big and comfortables
