There were a lot of lounge areas for guests, but no game tables and chairs area. There should be!

Sheet were pilled and uncomfortable. I know it's on the beach, but the amount of sand on the floors ( before we ever went out ) was alarming.

Carpet was a little rough in the main areas of the floors. Shower was confusing and would be good to have the directions posted somewhere. The room was super warm when we arrived and the a/c didn’t seem to stay on during the night so it got really hot in the room overnight.

Cute clean property right next to the beach. Staff was amazing and super welcoming.

The rustic floor in the bathroom. I know it’s part of the decor but I prefer a tiled floor for bathroom.

Room was very hot apon entry. Being on the bottom floor I wasn't comfortable leaving the window open all night.

Booking.com advertised an Ocean View room. In the annex, we could sort of see the ocean around the original hotel. The price quote on Booking said it included all taxes and two fees, yet Adrift charged an additional set of fees per night. The desk attendant said "Oh, we add our own fee on" Just what?? Fees discrepancy between Adrift and Booking.com was unnacceptable - Adrift should have honored Booking.com's rate! The wifi was spotty and kept dropping out. Communication needs to improve between Booking.com and Adrift as far as their fees and Booking's room descriptions-it is not obvious that there even is an Annex building.

The location and Adrift's philosophy and inclusiveness could not be better. Love that it is dog-friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly. The beds were firm but comfortable. The staff is beyond wonderful - competent and perfectly helpful.

Quirky decor. Only one hard chair. Room very small - large suitcase can only be opened on bed. No elevator for our building so we had to take 1st floor room with no view that we had paid extra for.

I loved the coffee bar, very dog friendly. It was a delight to have a tasting at the distillery. The cranberry liquor was my favorite. We enjoyed the restaurant Pickled Fish

My room was quite noisy. We were below the ice maker and there was a ton of scraping and clunking well into the evening. There could have been more trash cans in the room.

The room was large and comfortable. I could see the ocean. The staff was terrific!

I booked an East King for my anniversary, there was a dog barking, a lot, two nights in a row. There were drug addicts right outside, having sex in the backseat of a car and doing drugs. I know this because you could see the car shaking, and you can see them get out of the car pulling up the clothes With glass pipe and a needle in her hand. I did go to the lobby and let the management know about it though and they did tell me that they had issues with them before, so why are they still there. At that point I kind of did not feel safe, especially for the amount of money I’m paying to have a enjoyable weekend for my anniversary. That was kind of shattered. Also, on top of that no microwave in the room, no telephone in the room either. I get up in the middle of the night sometimes and I want to heat up something to eat or if I need to call down to the lobby, you can’t do that because you have to get up and put clothes on to walk halfway down the hall just to get to the microwave and a telephone. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that did not have a phone or a microwave in the room. I thought there was very inconvenient.

Liked the location, restaurant, heated pool with gas fire place and saunas. Also liked the free samples at the distillery next door.

Our room was in an adjacent building, so not easy to get complementary coffee in lobby. Perhaps better to put some decent coffee machines in the rooms in the annex? No elevator in annex.
