  “I liked the attitude of the staff. We were in bad weather and freezing rain. I liked that as soon as the announcement about bad weather and the closure of a number of roads due to ice passed, the hotel wrote to us and called us with an offer to cancel the reservation free of charge and a warning about such a situation. I also liked that, just in case, there was an additional heater in the room in case it was needed. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, despite the fact that in the city itself not all cafes were open due to the weather. From the unexpected, I liked that near the drink machines opposite the pool there was a piano in the same space. This is just great for children who need daily activities.”

  “The Queen Sized bed was a bit uncomfortable, it was a pretty worn out mattress. When moving around pillows I found hair in the sheets. It was a bit disturbing. I wish there were king bed options and the outdoor hot tub was open. That was the reason why I booked there.”
