Bathroom door was about to fall off - bottom half of the door was missing the trim and you could see the “hollow” inside of the door. Floor by the sink was sticky! Obviously a result of hair spray from previous tenants.

Grab and go breakfast was a nice idea, however, we thought we were supposed to get yogurt in our sack but there was none there when we started eating.

Room was warm as air was not cooling very well unless turned it all the way down Some staff not real friendly but maybe a long day for them - not sure

Considering Covid19 Breakfast was alright, some items listed were missing on two days Room was clean - did request the microwave be changed as door would not close. It was changed out very quickly Bed was comfortable, little soft Pillows should be a little larger

No outside pool, on website it had a outside pool that why we had went but we made the best of it.

We were only given two sets of towels(6 people total) called front desk was told that’s all they were allowed to put in the rooms apparently they were also having a pool party the pool was completely taken over kids were playing very rough in the pool no one else could enjoy the pool hot tub was not in working order later on that night the same kids are running up and down the halls upstairs called front office to report was told only he could was send security well security just walked right past them laughing the breakfast was horrible they didn’t open up the grill part the grits were watery the eggs were burnt bacon cooked too long

We always stay here they use to be very nice comfortable facilities

Location is terrible. Building to suites is a separate building and smelled musty and old. Trash was overflowing at entrance, building is old and sketchy. Picture online is nothing like in person. It does not reflect how it actually looks. Sign does not even work at night. Was not impressed for $178.

The rooms were so clean and smelt really good! The air conditioner worked soooo good! The showers were clean! The heated pool was beautiful! The staff was super nice and friendly! I will be staying here again!

I have always loved your hot breakfast(omelets), I was surprised that you had stop serving them, I asked the attendant what happened and he said, new owners!! I hope you'll bring that back soon!

My bed was a little too hard.

Even though they were in the middle of renovations the place was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and professional.

The staff was rude, the bathroom was super tiny n had mold all over, the bed was hard as a rock.

Behind lamp table and bed was food and wrappers. Under bed was food ... plastic cups.... toilet tissue twisted and wadded. And some plastic balloon looking things. Yeah. That's right. Booked 2 nights. Stayed 1, and that was only because we arrived exhausted 1:30 am after driving for 9 hours for funeral. And breakfast WHAT a disappointment. I have stayed here many times, and breakfast is always the best part. NOT this time. Must be cutting back. They did on this returning customer.

Room had broken dresser, coffee maker was not cleaned. It had a used filter in it. The bath sink would not drain or provide hot water. The breakfast was served cold?? I mean you’re talking eggs sausage grits etc all cold.
