You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was very convenient to everywhere I needed to go. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing on hot days. The staff was very friendly.

There were only 2 outlets in the room and neither was close to the bed making it difficult to plug in my cpap (thankfully it has a long power cord). Couldn't plug in cell phone charger even with a 10 ft cord and have it near me. The bolt lock on the door was entirely missing. The room phone handset cord wouldn't stay in. There was a broken prong stuck in the bathroom sink area outlet... MAJOR shock hazard! There wasn't a drain stopper in the bathroom sink, and it smelled like 20 years worth of nasty hair, soap, toothpaste rotting in the pipe. The window curtains wouldn't close all the way, left a gap. The entire hotel, including the lobby was extremely uncomfortable temperature wise. Didn't feel like the air conditioning worked. The room took nearly 3 hours to cool down to a temperature that was tolerable to sleep in. The front desk clerk acted like he hates his job and didn't try very hard to be pleasant. I've actually had better experiences at Motel 6 which is the ultimate budget motel. So for the price around $100, I expected at least the basics to be decent

We of course demanded another room which was better🥺 Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Covid was cited as the reason. They did offer a 25%discount at Denny’s, however. We got 20%- new math I guess. Would not stay there again.

Breakfast was skimpy and on the counter by the front desk with nowhere to sit and eat. The bedding was stained and questionable on cleanliness. Light fixtures were missing bulbs and it smelled weird.

United States of AmericaThe bed sheets were filthy. They were inside out and there was a huge stain. It looked like the sheets were just turned inside out and put back on the bed. The nightstand has sticky stuff all over it and the TV remote control was gross. Filthy place. I'll never stay there again.
