The front desk receptionist was very sweet and answered all my husband's questions about where to fish. This hotel is ON THE Beach. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a lot of shopping and places to eat nearby.

TV was confusing to work. Channels didn't match the information in the book. Not a big deal

We loved the view and the fact that we could open the sliding door and hear the ocean. That was the best. The beds were very comfortable too.

No restaurants within walking distance although we could probably have walked out to the clam shack half a mile back into town if it hadn't been raining. They did a great take-out.

View was wonderful. Room was a good size and comfortable. The marshes behind the beach also look beautiful - would be lovely on a sunny day (it was pouring when we visited).

The parking situation is so tight as mentioned on their website. I have a truck and could barely fit into the parking space outside let alone in the parking garage with the beams. I was warned via their website and only brought one vehicle but I don't own a car, so I had to bring the truck. I would rethink going there based on the parking issues, because there is no where else to park if you cannot squeeze into one of those tight parking spaces. That is my only complaint, though.

I loved the beach front balcony with the chairs and little table! We were able to watch the sun rise from the balcony which was lovely. The pillows are very comfortable; the bed is pretty comfortable as well but it was a bit squeaky anytime one of us moved. The staff were friendly. While there was no continental breakfast, there was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room which was great. There was a table and two chairs in the room to sit and eat. Also the big TV was nice.

After not being able to come to the Atlantic Oceanfront for a few years due to Covid, my wife and I were amazed at the improvements to the rooms and exterior face. Well done!

No elevator, we couldn’t manage our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Thank God the owner carried both our bags up for us.

That we couldn’t stay longer!

Loved being able to walk out of our room and right onto the beach. Thee beach was big and wide and even though there were a lot of people out you didn’t feel like it was crowed. Plenty of room for everyone. The room was great! Bed was comfortable and the huge tv was a bonus! The hotel was not on a main drag so it was quiet at night. The outdoor pool was very nice as well.

No place to rinse feet after being on the beach. There was a bucket of water on the stairs, but I can't put my feet in the same bucket as others. Cloth chairs in room. Can't wipe cloth. 3 chairs on bakcony and we had a room for 4. We couldn't be on the deck together. Price was high. No breakfast included. I know it is on the beach but for what I paid for 2 nights, I paid the same as what I paid for a beach house for half a week last summer. I was late booking this year and had limited choices. Overall good experience, clean, and on the beach.

View, no rugs, clean, good size balcony, private balcony on the beach, and beds were comfortable.
