That there wasn’t a jacuzzi like I saw in the pictures and it was my boyfriend birthday so I thought there was gonna be a jacuzzi tub so that’s why I bought the room but when I got there I didn’t see the jacuzzi tub.

Not much - our stay was exactly what I expected in terms of comfort/quality/cleanliness.

The breakfast was very good! Some hot items (eggs, biscuits/gravy, sausages) plus a wide variety of other items that are unusual for a budget hotel breakfast - pancakes+sausage on a stick, Hot Pockets, microwaveable burritos, multiple kinds of yogurt, etc. Much better than I expected! The room was basic but clean; we had a 2 bed room and liked that there were 2 sinks (one in with the toilet & shower) and one outside - made it easier to get 4 people through the morning and evening routines. We stayed one night as part of a road trip.

Little crowded to sit on the couch with the table and 2 chairs. Prolly could only use the table and 2 chairs in the room. Still felt cozy in there.

Simply clean when walking into the room. The table and chairs available helped to sit and enjoy a snack or meal instead of some places all you have is the bed.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Room and the toilet is very clean. All the amanitas were there. Good stay. One bus to Kirkland.

Some noisy guests very late into the night that I'm sure could be heard in the office area but it took a while to quite them down.

The breakfast selection was very good although I don't recommend the turkey breakfast sausage! The location was convenient for our purposes as it was located right off the freeway on/off ramp to the 405.

It’s just a little dated but in my opinion it doesn’t detract from the facilities or service provided.

It’s a dated little hotel but perfectly functional with everything you need for a couple of nights stay. The room was very clean & tidy & the bed was comfortable. They serve a breakfast in the mornings which included eggs, bacon, sausages, biscuits & gravy, waffles & other various reheat-able items, cereal, toast, tea & coffee, juices, fruit. It was excellent. So much so we have rebooked for our return trip.

Really bad internet! Kept not connecting for the whole duration of our stay (2 nights). Frustrating!

Great breakfast and location was why we booked this hotel (it was near the event we were attending). The internet was terrible, though, so communication with family was a challenge. If internet worked well, i'd have given a much better review because everything else was fine!

Rooms were a bit on the dark side and outdated

Rooms were huge, location was good as it was near the highway and also to fast food joints as well as convenience stores. The breakfast spread was also good. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Balled up hair on counter with coffee supplies and sink. Coffee dispenser had no basket to put coffee filter in the make coffee.

Breakfast items run out early. Have more food!!

Had a good stay. Comfortable bed, good location. Slightly hard to find driveway the first time. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. Breakfast goes TIL 9:30 but some items run out by about 8:00 and they don’t refill. Get there early!!
