The elderly man at the front desk was very grumpy and rude when we checked in, other than that the staff as great.

Breakfast finishing at 9am is like they don't want people to have breakfast, it should be until 10-11am, not everyone wants to wake up early on a trip. We also paid extra for this hotel to bring out pets until we found out that you can't leave them alone at all with losses the point, they didn't clarify this when I booked. This is very important to clarify when you are booking. I had to call them to find out since I never got a reply to the messages I sent. Also, no shampoo neither Kleenex at the bathroom. Just conditioner and a tiny soap, they should a least have 2 soaps and include shampoo by default. The hotel was pricy for such a small town.

The room was in non par conditions for the price. The shower key was broken, it came right off when attempting to set the shower. The toilet ran all of the time unless the handle was jiggled. The room door was off its hinges and the LAN line/phone was inoperable making it very difficult to reach front desk staff. Final receipt was not provided upon check out. I strongly suggest major inspections and repairs be made as the price of the stay was ridiculously priced for the experience and service obtained.

Breakfast was slightly disappointing. I only found cereal, toast, biscuits & gravy, and a make your own waffle. Other similar places I’ve stayed I’ve had eggs, fruit, and oatmeal offered.

Room and pool were decent. Kind of what was to be expected for the price point. Room was clean, but a few items missing/not working. Pool was small and decent temperature but had some dirty spots on the bottom.

Internet did not work at all during our stay. Also could have had more furniture items like an office chair for the desk.

Spacious - nice pool and hot tub and you can have a BBQ or bonfire in the back.

3rd floor had a weird smell in the hallways and parts of the bathroom in our room were broken/cracked

There were a lot of half repaired things in our room such as a very large hole in the wall above the bathroom that had a vent covering it but it didn't even cover the entire hole just part of it. There were several cracks in the bathtub and it seemed like maybe it needed replaced. The breakfast ended early and when I took my granddaughters down at 830 there was nothing there - if this ends when the food is out it would have been nice to know in advance but we read it was from 6-9.

Housekeeping was terrible. Months of dust on on chair frames bed base had what appeared to be bodily fluids. Spider web in corner. They need to hire some better house cleaning staff. They probably don’t care because most of their business is because the four wins casino hotel is booked and people have nowhere else to stay but at Baymont. Please clean better if you want people to come back

When people were checked in into the room above us, we heard every footstep. We didn't sleep as we were kept awake with the noise. The front desk couldn't reassign us a room because they were sold out. It was a very stressful night as we didn't get any sleep. They did say they will give us $20 back for the inconvenience.

The hot tub was very relaxing.

The bed was-extremely hard, the room is very old, carpet needed replaced, nothing worked not even the TV remote. Breakfast was a joke..

hot tub couldn’t use per management bathroom sink was draining properly and tile in bathroom was not properly attached and tub drain wasn’t properly attached when showering it kept moving around

sink was dirty upon check in and also leaking. screen to outside was bent so could not open the window and let fresh air in. ice bucket dirty .

The hotel was in need of updating, inside and out. Our room was on the top floor and when it rained, water came into the bathroom from a hole in the ceiling and got everything wet that was on the countertop. Furnishings are outdated and the breakfast had poor options. Way too expensive for what you got. Nothing special about this hotel, with the exception of the location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit.
