The evening hotel staff

The lady that had checked his hand was the rudest woman I've ever met. Made us carry 12 bags without a cart. Didn't help us with a cart and I had a 10-month-old baby in my arms and she just watched us!

Parking lots was small and only one trash can that was located in tbe restroom. Oh and when checking in after 10 I had to walk to the hotel next door and check in.

On the beach, close to everything, it wasn't to bad for the money I paid. Honestly, a lot of the reviews was horrible, but I would stay here again!!

The doors slamming all night kept waking us up. No staff, had to walk next door.

The view is great. Price was great. Room was clean. Sheets only, glad I brought a blanket.

Toilet problem. Street traffic noise. Abnormal elevator car movement. Construction at rear hindered beach acceas. Parking lot size waa relatively limited, but not much problem this season.Resort fee did not seem justified.

Location near Miller pier, Large room with kitchen area, large space in fridge. Private balcony wirh beach view. Plenty of linen.

no decent pots pans caused us to still need food from outside locations. The elevator was good but dirty the entire trip and there should have been more tables

The kitchen appliances was outdated and had a Lil rust overall it was OK.

Need some updates in the rooms.. beds are awful not comfortable at all. The stove is old and had no numbers on the dials.

Simple, just want we needed. Right on the beach. Great view from every room. It was clean. Big refrigerator. Great location. Shopping and food within walking distance. Staff was amazing

the "kitchen" was without any utensils that we could find. a can opener would be nice. patio chairs were plastic and old. no housekeeping was around our whole stay, I'm sure the front desk would have sent someone? we were out most of the time so..

The room had a smell; probably the carpet. We brought sanitizing spray just in case. I suggest tile throughout. The mattress had a spring sticking out the side. Needs new mattresses. Needs a room divider for more privacy. The elevator is way past the inspection date and seems a little sketchy

The fridge and microwave were dirty. The room was not cleaned properly. Should give you enough towels and toilet paper for your stay since they do not come in while you are there. This location has a new location right next to it, which appears to have more attention to detail. The elevator is terrible take the stairs.

I think it could have been a little cleaner but it was decent and we had to go down stairs and get blankets there wasn’t any in the room when we got there.

the elevator was out of order, and we were put on 5th floor. I had requested a lower floor, because I have COPD and could hardly get up the stairs. The manager the next day got us moved to the 2nd floor which was so much better since the elevator was not working....
