Pillows, inside light, only one mirror had a plug.

No breakfast. Burned out bulbs. The outlet under wall mirror did not work. We were on a trip and had to go to meetings in the evenings and two females had to share the small bathroom mirror to dry hair and curl hair. Would have been better if we could have used the larger mirror with outlet. Pillows were like pancakes. I get it the property is for beach goers not for sleep or business.

Older hotel so it was a bit bland but the rooms fit our need.

Location was perfect. It was away from the main area so it was quite and peaceful.

There is only one working ice machine. Need more for sure. One of the two elevators was broken and the wait was very long. Tile floor was not clean in the kitchen area.

loved the balcony and view from window. Bed seemed smaller tha queen size. I was sharing bed with my sister. Good location and beautiful beach. Need food service, bar and grill offerings very limited.

They miss represented themselves when they said they had a restaurant there the restaurant is front couple pieces of fried different foods like a hamburger and and it was no place for dinner the other thing I didn't like is when it went to the desk clerk and I asked him where's a good place and he told me it was Miles up the road and I found out if I would have went the opposite direction within 5 minutes up the road were places to eat and shop other wise that I liked it

I'm a local who got reunited with an old roommate from 40 years ago on Facebook and we came down just to reunite and enjoy a quiet day at the beach and that's just what we got I really appreciate that little place away from all the others

It could have had better lighting in the bathroom. It was a little dark by the shower, and the water pressure was low. The ice machine didn't work even though it showed it was full.

The view is beautiful and it's less crowded in the area it is located. It was clean, and the elevators were fast compared to most places I have stayed. Parking was fine. The staff was nice, and the housekeepers were great. I would stay again!

We had an inland queen room. There was no closet, so I bought an over the door shoe organizer so it wasn't a huge problem. The only complaint is the room is small. If u have a family upgrade to the 2 bed or ocean view. It literally was a bed 4 small drawers and a bathroom. The parking lot got full very quickly and we had to park across the street which was annoying bc we were carrying things. Also it would be nice if on Friday and sat if the pool and hot tub would be open till 11

The room was perfect for the basics. It was very clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect the locations was amazing!

The hours on the cafe could be extended a little on either end. But nice having it there at all.

Right on the water with a beautiful view from the room. Much less crowded beach than places I’ve stayed on the other end of PCB.

The parking sucked,the elevators weren't in good working condition the TV was to small could barely hear it even turned all the way up.the shower was to small barely enough room for my wife to shave her legs .

The property is dated and in need of repairs. Even a little paint could go a long way.

The price was reasonable and the location was great. The pool was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Tub tap dripped (couldn’t hear it from the bed).

Right on the beach! Worth it to pay extra to have a beach facing room. Cleaning staff was exceptionally nice/accommodating. Short drive to shops/Starbucks.

My only dislike was that the room door was difficult to open and close, most likely just because it's an older door.

Our room was right on the beach and there wasn't a lot of foot traffic back and forth in front of it. Our room was clean and comfortable and a fantastic value. The staff was friendly and happy to answer questions. Parking was easy to access.
