Not much. I had booked the wrong night, and when I called on what should have been my check-in date to change to the next day, the staff who entered was happy to book me for the correct night.

Excellent view of the mountains and some of Capitol Reef resort. Fun amenities (fire pits). Staff was helpful and accommodating.

We booked rooms early & got a good rate. Big minus: our friend booked a room about 3 weeks prior to our trip & paid almost double for his room. Shame on them. Was told they only had a few rooms left

This is a great hotel near a national park, so it is busy! The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable! We got rooms on the upper floor - with stairs which was ok - & great view!!

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. We arrived at 3:38 PM and they said the room was not ready and to come back at 4 PM. I went back at 4:02pm and the guy acted like he had never seen me before. He said he needed to call housekeeping to see if the room was ready… after a few minutes on the by phone he said your room is ready! Another disappointing problem was that we went to breakfast the following morning and sat for over 10 minutes and no one came to even ask us if we needed coffee. The staff seemed annoyed and overwhelmed at the restaurant. We ended up getting up and leaving and going to a nearby place for breakfast the Rock Reef Cafe which was excellent!

The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, we had a great view and the pool and the hot tub were great.

Double bedrooms cabins were really small - cost per night was quite high. The skylights in the bedrooms didn’t have blinds nor curtains, you get woken up by bright light in the mornings.

Great views, loved the lamas and horses

I think the hotel just needs some maintenance and updating. The rooms need a little more lighting.

There really wasn't a view. We were located on 2nd floor and looked out onto the main road, though it was obscured by the blooming trees. The room was comfortable enough. We ate several meals in the Pioneer Kitchen and found the food to be very good. We didn't use any of the facilities like the pool, spa, or excursions because the weather was very cold and windy.

Why only 7: Lots of dead birds in the pool area because of the glass windbreak. It is essential that stickers are attached to the windows so that the birds do not fly into the glass. Please protect the birds. Hotel is expensive.

Not one thing! It was ALL QUIET & QUAINT!

The amenities, they have double queen with a spectacular view of the Utah scenery of the rustic red landscapes! Morning and evening views were amazing. The facilities have swimming pool with a hot tub and plenty of activities for kids. Not only does it have hotel like vibes, but you won’t want to miss the cabin or Chuck wagon amenities for your hotel choices! I’ll be renting the WAGON next time I’m here, which are available May 1st thru September 31st! Plus they have horseback riding and Llamas for hiking trails wish I’d have known cause I would have love this for sure! Dining in the onsite cafe for breakfast, lunch & dinner for the family feel setting and relaxation! Don’t just stop there, this lil town of Torrey has more than meets the eye… give yourself a day to take in all the small town cozy feels this little town has you won’t be disappointed! Sleep in if you like they don’t wake with the Rooster, this town starts waking about 8am and shuts down about 7pm they have the right idea of keeping it real for relaxation!

Restaurant on property does not have best service or food. Our room was really dated and hard to reach via outdoor metal stairs, which we had to use to transport our luggage thru snow and rain
