The breakfast could use something green or some whole grain or some bran cereal, juice or at least some protein (no egg, bacon, etc.). Pretty much white toast, white bagel, or a waffle. An apple was the only thing not white bread or margarine.

One of few places in Dallas with a smoking room that is clean, reasonably updated and in an okay area. There were a couple of deferred maintenance issues but on the whole a decent room for the price. Surprisingly quiet for the proximity to the freeway.

Although it's at a highway, the neighbourhood is really calm. There some nice bars at a walking distance.

The hotel floor was dirty. You need to wear sandal inside the room

For a quick stopover - the hotel was a descent place to stay. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing at the hotel.

Shower didn’t have high enough coverage so the water got on to the floor into the room.

I arrived at 3 or 4am and had to work at 7am. I really appreciated the desk clerk being prompt and helpful.

They require a $100 deposit, which you get back but there is no warning about this when booking. My daughter left something of sentimental value & when I called to see if it was found I was informed that it was thrown away. They didn't even attempt to contact me about it. The breakfast area is too small. Parking lot is very small so if you have a bigger vehicle be careful when you park or you may not be able to get out.

Shower pressure was great. Beds were very comfortable. Good size rooms.

the room smelled really bad when we first got there. the water pressure was pretty much nonexistent. we stayed two nights but there were only 2 towels; enough for one night of showering. when i asked for more the girl at the front acted like it was a big inconvenience.

Not by any fault of the hotel but some guests got drunk and were making a ton of noise in the parking lot outside of my room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They didn't see my booking from internet. The room smelled like Marijuana. The a/c didn't keep the room cold enough

On the day of checkout, tried calling the front desk several times and no one pick up the phone. At the time of checkout which was 11 am, two people were in the office. My phone calls were completely ignored. Also, had to wait for the shower to warm up.

Room was quiet and clean. The microwave and refrigerator were clean and operational. Housekeeper check to see if I needed room service.

Rooms were updated in haste, paint splattered everywhere, brown hand prints on bathroom door were not appeasing to the eye. Also, $343 was frozen on credit card. I can see that on cash, which they state $200 is deposit with cash, but with credit card, not needed. Floors did need mopping

Location was great, check in was easy. Front desk was able to move my dates according to plane cancellation. Parking was lit well and able to park in front of room. Was given ground floor at request.

There was a strong smell of paint as the bathroom walls had been recently painted. The breakfast was not very complete (just coffee, cereals and yogurt).

The room was clean and comfortable, probably recently reformed. Plenty of parking places available.
