    The front desk was yelling at us and at the booking company over the phone. It was horrible and customer service is the heart of any company.

    My child and I skipped breakfast sadly because the receptionist was soo hostile and unfriendly

    Room & bathroom could be swept & mopped better from previous guest usage. Somewhere to hang clothing, bathroom shower could be cleaned better from previous guest to remove hair & bleached to disinfect also shower shelf would help guest to place shampoos & bath soaps.

    Did not try breakfast Bed was comfortable A/C cooled after Ms. Patel came to set unit & help with internet.

    Black hair smeared across the shower tile. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The entire room had a pungent lemon-chemical smell. Something in the bed bit me on the ankle, it wasn't a mosquito; wear socks.

    The location is good. Can walk to nearby restaurants and a coffee shop. They had an iron and ironing board in the room; that was nice.

    The lights were not working over the sink and no closet but since we were only there overnight it was no big deal.

    Location was great for what we were doing in Dallas. They actually had breakfast…nice to see this coming back.

    Booked 2 rooms next to each other. When we checked in one room was not cleaned. Was told to wait and we did for 2 hours. When we went to go check again, room was still not cleaned and was told cleaning staff had already gone for the day. Had to get different room in separate buildings. On second day, one room's key stops working and had to go get it reactivated.

    The room smelled so bad, the room was not clean. It had a huge hole in the wall. The staff was not helpful and rude. This was the worst experience ever

    I had a late check-in at 1 am because my flight was delayed. No one was at the front desk and night ring didn’t work. I stood there for a long time and tried every means to find the staff. and a young man finally showed up after I called the front desk. I was told my reservation was not in the system and I couldn’t check in because the hotel was full. The front desk was very rude and asked me to contact bookings to cancel the reservation. I contacted bookings and got the customer service in touch with the front desk and magically they found my record. I thought it should be the end of the story but surprisingly I got a room that was under renovation. The whole room was filled up with strong paint odor and the bathroom was covered with masking paper. The trash bin was full of plastic gloves, paper and stuff. The bathtub was newly painted and thus gave off disgusting smell. The front desk told me that was the only room and he can do nothing about it. I had no choice but to stay as i couldn’t find another place to stay at 3 am. I didn’t sleep for the whole night because of the strong odor. I felt infuriated and shocked. It was so ridiculous and the staff didn’t help at all. I never had a worse experience in my entire life. I prepaid for the room and got myself in a life-threatening room. The manager was also being surprisingly irresponsible. She didn’t try to know or care about what was going on at all. When we complained to the front desk the next morning, the staff told us to write an email to the manager and leave our contact info, and promised us the manager will read the email and get back to us. However, the manager did nothing about it. When we called her finally, she really had trouble taking the matter seriously and claimed that the room I got should be good. She doesn’t even know which room is ready for customers. How ridiculous it is. I am very curious about what on earth she is managing.

    The floors were dirty-like they didn't mopped it. Shower floor was dirty. I barely had no hot water. I arrived to the hotel, front desk said they don't see my reservation. Took 30mins after I drove 3hrs.I fell down the stairs and got wet paint on myself, on my phone and jacket. There was NO wet paint signs anywhere.

    The location was great-very close to downtown and right by the highway. The bed and the pillows were comfortable.

    Nothing really

    It was not far from where we needed to be. The room was clean warm and comfortable. The staff was friendlyhelpful. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

    We came to stay one night in Dallas, so we choose a hotel with breakfast this is what it's writed in the description about this hotel. Yesterday I have called to the front desk and they had confirmed to me the fact about they have brakfast. Today in the morning I came over the breakfast place and they didn't have any food over there, we heard another guests also complained about the situation. We tried to talk with the manager and she didn't wanna came down and talk with us. The manager treat me and my friend very bad.

    Toilet seat was loose. There was some dirt or something on one of the pillow cases. Staff was just average. The breakfast was terrible.

    I liked that the heat was on in the room already which was nice since it was 25 outside. I liked that I could see my car in the parking lot. Bed was ok, shower was hot. TV and WIFI worked.

    Breakfast....., i didn't want to leave.

    Nice remodeled room. Frontdesk clerk was very helpful, pleasant and polite. Room was nicely remodeled.

    1. The room was dirty. The floors still had industrial dust after remodeling. There was something on the nightstand. 2. The shower didn't have a shelf for shampoo. 3. The housekeeping didn't clean the room one of the day even after asking. 4. My room key got disactivated 3 times in 6 days. 5. The foot of the table was almost broken.

    The staff was friendly. The room was newly remodeled.
