Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Price was high. No pool, sauna, or jacuzzi. No water pressure in shower

Parking availability was limited, and had to park off-site, and the breakfast wait times the following morning were the only disappointing things we encountered. Overall, we still will only stay at this hotel when we come to Billings!
Always stay at this hotel when we come to Billings. Location, beds, staff, etc. are all phenomenal.

Stella’s was great, and the property gives you a voucher for breakfast! Everything was clean and it even had heated floors in the restroom. It’s just in a louder area of the city, great stay!

STELLA'S WAS VERY GOOD. WE ENJOYED OUR BREAKFAST. WE ALSO HAD LUNCH THERE WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED, AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!

The place seems a bit dingy from the outside, but is nicer than it looks. It was pretty expensive for such a small, basic room - close to $200 during our stay. There was a homeless guy shouting at people right outside the lobby doors.
We got a breakfast voucher for the diner/bakery next door, which looked fantastic. We had a 6am flight so we couldn't use it, but were surprised to find that they'd pre-baked pastries (good bakery pastries, not your typical stale continental breakfast stuff) and kept them in the lobby for early check-outs. The free airport shuttle is very convenient and saved us $50 on Ubers. We fit 2 ski bags in the shuttle and carry-on baggage easily, and they weren't even using the bigger shuttle. The shuttle is available 24/7. The rooms were small but clean with nice bathrooms and clean showers. You can easily walk around downtown from the place.

The shower in the barhroom has 2 heads one waterfall and a regular one. The waterfall sprayed out of the base on the ceiling everywhere and did not work properly
The nice lady at the front upgraded us to a room with 2 beds since that it was We thought we booked. It is close to everything downtown. There are heated floors in the bathroom which is awesome and the best part is it comes with free breakfast from “Stella’s “ which is the best breakfast downtown.

Everything was fine - clean room, nice bedding, staff friendly EXCEPT there doesn't seem to be any insulation or padding between the first and second floors! I heard everything single step above like it was a wooden sub floor. So much so, I thought they were in the room!! Fix the soundproofing.

Noise early in the morning when I was needing a sleep in. I’m guessing it was the garbage truck and deliveries. I know owning a business you can’t change that.

noisy air condition breakfast is in a restaurant near by. wait time for getting a table can be up to an hour. it would be great if the hotel had some basic breakfast (e.g. cereal) - if you don't need a full sit down breakfast.

There was no way to get to our room besides taking the stairs - which was fine, but my bag was huge and it was a bit clunky to carry upstairs. We had to walk far to get to our room because a parking lot was closed. It was a bit confusing to get to our room. The floors sounded hollow and wooden, and I was self-conscious about making a ruckus so the floor below me didn't hear everything.
The diner on site that provided breakfast was amazing. Our room was large and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. The staff gave us a map of the surrounding area and circled areas of interest. Our room was in a great location.

The neighborhood had some sketchy areas, The room was pretty dark, with only a view of the parking allyway.
Ability to walk around town and to nice restaurants. Also liked that we were able to park right outside of the room door on the ground level--that made unloading/loading very easy.
