There are no shelves in the shower to put soap, shampoo, etc. Also, elevator takes FOREVER and the room doors slam really loud.

My room was not cleaned unless I asked and even then it was sometimes left uncleaned so you have to ask repeatedly. I put the sign on the door daily but it was just ignored. During one of the days, the water had to be turned off for practically the whole day in the hotel due to a leak. The staff didn't keep us properly updated with the situation. After the water was eventually turned on very late at night, my toilet was blocked and I had to chase repeatedly to get it sorted.

Agreed to change my room after the first one has a terrible odour coming from the carpets. Also agreed to store my luggage when I checked out until I needed to leave for the airport Location - it's very close to the Southwest convention centre which was what I needed

The room had been remodeled and was very nice. However, the microwave was way above my head (very short person) and was difficult to manage. Would have preferred a larger fridge. Also, couldn't find ice anywhere. Otherwise nice stay.

Didn't eat breakfast. Location was perfect. Person checking me in offered a first floor room which was much appreciated with my pet.

The bed was pretty stiff

They have fresh breakfast until 10. The room was nice and cool. The wifi was good and not too slow. The facility looked brand new and was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been too. I was so impressed with the cleanliness.

Our room was next to the elevator so we would get woken up alot by people's luggage hitting the inside of it.

The hotel was very clean and we appreciated the housekeepers hard work! It was nice coming back to a refreshed bathroom and bed.

Dirty rag was left in the room. I was texted the next morning about my stay and I replied the picture of the dirty rag and no response. I even sent them a email which the receptionist told me to do because a manager wasn’t on duty and never got a response back at all. Beds were not comfortable at all.

The cleaners don't speak English. It's a barrier in communication.

The receptionist refused to talk to me in English, and she went to get a colleague whom she assumed speaks the same language as me. In addition, I told during the check-in process that my reservation was entirely paid via booking.com, and still she tried to debit my credit card which got blocked by my bank because of an unauthorized transaction.

The breakfast wasn't so great. Boiled egg served fridge cold!! Almost same menu all the time. More variety in menu will be good. Bathtub wasn't washed when room was tidied. Couldn't use the swimming pool as it wasn't clean.

We paid for a sofa bed but there was no bedding. We called 3 times for the bedding and was told that they would be right to us. The 3rd time,at 11:30 pm, they told us we had to come to the desk to get the bedding.

The hotel was very nice. It was very clean. I loved that it had a great laundry room. The breakfast was good and had a good variety.
