I had booked 2 rooms and I had requested joined rooms as a group of friends were traveling together. When we arrived we were told that the only rooms that were joined were King rooms and double rooms, not 2 double rooms. When I went to check out the women was walking away from the desk and told me to just drop my cards in the box. I told her I wanted a receipt, she seemed a bit annoyed with me. She wasn't very pleasant to deal with. I am not sure if there was supposed to be one or not but I was disappointed there was not a safe in the room.

On the "maybe" side...the room was dark, the furnishing is skimpy and it just doesn't feel like you want to stay there any longer than necessary. The breakfast is to skip for. The are around the hotel has plenty of restaurants but it is essentially an empty shopping type space in the evenings....large big box stores and nobody around....

The positives...the bed is comfortable, the shower works. On the "maybe" side...the room was dark, the furnishing is skimpy and it just doesn't feel like you want to stay there any longer than necessary. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the room which is good.

There was police presence pretty much throughout our evening stay. Made me question the safety of the area. Would have like two TVs. One for the bedroom and a separate for the sitting area so that I could watch TV in the middle of the night without disturbing the others who were sleeping.

The aerator on the bathroom sink had been cross-threaded so it sprayed two streams outside the main stream and the main stream came out at an angle. Also, the tub drain was a bit slow.

Breakfast was pretty good. Room was good but bathroom had a couple of minor problems. See next question. Location was convenient and price was a good value.

in-room wifi did not work most of the stay and phone in room wasn't functional when I wanted to ask guest services if it was working. wish the location had a little more scenery for the balcony rooms since it is mostly surrounded by strips malls and outlets.

Very spacious room for the price. No noise from neighbors or staff in middle of the night. Friendly staff. bed was very comfortable and good curtains that kept the sunlight out of the room. everything to see or do in Madison was about a 20 minute drive away and accessible.

The bed was comfortable but not quite firm enough for two people. Would have preferred a bit firmer mattress. Also the bathroom fan might be going out, it was making a loud noise.

Excellent swimming pool, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff were the highlight. The extra couch and chairs were very comfortable. The argan oil shampoo and soap provided were excellent. Housekeeping was provided only by request, but our requests were met quickly and efficiently.

It was close and convenient to the route I was traveling. Most of the hotels in the area were full. This facility was available, clean and convenient.

I booked a king suite and when I got there they gave me a small queen room. When I showed him my booking receipt he said the best he could do was a double queen room. It was fine but not what I paid for. Also the hotel just seemed run down. I'm not a super picky person but they just did not seem to take a lot of pride in the overall appearance of the place. That being said the staff was very nice.

The fan in the bathroom sounded like a diesel truck warming up in the winter time..it was very loud and scared my 11 year old daughter enough that she wouldn't take a shower
