Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, lines clean. Bed comfortable. Location good for our purpose. The coffee maker is broken (it didn't work for us) and the noise of the fan in the bathroom was not to my liking.

1. I ARRIVED IN THE EVENNG. THE MAJORITY OF PARKING LOT HAD NOT BEEN TREATED FOR ICE. WITHOUT FAMILY ASSISTANCE, I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET OUT OF MY CAR AND ENTER THE HOTEL. 2. I REQUESTED A HANDICAP ROOM AND DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. 3. BATHROOM: - THE HEIGHT OF THE TOILET WAS EXTREMELY LOW AND EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO ACCESS AND TO RISE FROM. NO HANDRAIL AVAILABLE TO USE. - TOILET PAPER HOLDER WAS LOCATED FAR IN UNDER THE SINK AND VERY AWKWARD AND DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. 4. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE ON THE ELEVATOR. SEEMED VERY OLD AND UNSTABLE.

Well, i thought I left my 24karat gold earrings there, and debated if it was worth going back to get them. That’s how much this place made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel was dusty, very outdated, and made me think of a college dorm. My bathroom only had a half used roll of toilet paper in it. The bed was functional, but I found crusty boogers in the other bed, so I slept on top of some towels. The walls were pretty thin, and the tv only had local channels. If this was an emergency one day stop, you can stay here, but I would NOT recommend it for a multi day stay. I am an avid traveler, and have stayed in some pretty rough hotels, and this one definitely was on my “don’t go back” list

They don’t tell you the breakfast you pay extra for is over by 930. So at 10 o’clock I went to zero breakfast. No one ever mentioned the time constraints. No room service,bar or happy hour. The ad said otherwise!

When I arrived at my room, there were no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. And finally. When I walked into my room the last night of my stay, the bed was not made.

Overall my stay was satisfactory. The motel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean. However, there were some issues. See below.

standard breakfast....feel on the weekend it should stay open closer to 11 am....closed at 930 am..... Think the price should have been about 30-50 less, I booked 4 rooms...maybe a discount for multiple rooms

Not all the staff.was authorized to deal.with everything that a guest would need, including making keys, and printing receipts. The hallways are in desperate need new carpets. The ones there are worn and have a musty odor.

The staff was mostly helpful, although I had to wait at times when there were things that the clerk was not authorized to do on the computer. The bed was new and very comfortable, but the hot water was tepid at best in the morning

As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel itself is old (musty-ish smell, old furniture and amenities, rickety elevator, etc.). They should probably make some upgrades in the near future. The only real issue I had was that the stopper in my shower would not lift, so the bath was filling as I showered - the clerk made a note of this, so hopefully it will be fixed. Could have been worse! But could definitely be improved.

I was nervous about booking this location, given that it has so many negative reviews, but I decided that the price was good enough for me to give it a chance. It was adequate for a one night stay with little time spent in the room. I carefully checked for cleanliness, and it seemed to me that everything was hygienic enough (no hair, scum, or bedbugs as others have said). The pillows were soft, and the bed was fine for a one night stay.

Needed some updates, bathroom paint was moldy, elevator always smelled like it was on fire, smelled natural gas from somewhere when we got out of the elevator.. bathroom door was broken so it got stuck shut all the time.

Convenient, had free breakfast, beds were clean.

I didn't like the flooring in the room - I'm sure the faux wood vinyl flooring is easier to keep clean and maintain, but I hate waking up, go to get out of bed and putting my feet on a coolish bare floor. Just a personal pet peeve.

The room was fine - it was spacious, clean, and overall comfortable. The breakfast was nice, there was plenty of room in the dining area. Most important it was close to my friend's house!

Hotel was just a basic looking building. Pool was closed so their was no outdoor area to just relax. Bed pillows were small and square. They were too firm - not comfortable!

Staff very friendly! Especially cleaning personnel and front desk (Judy)!
