Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe pub at the basement was ridiculous. People were queuing long and leaving because of the waiting time. Once we were escorted in we noticed that more than half of the pub was empty (nobody left why we were waiting) but the staff could not handle the situation. We got a burned pizza. Half of the menu was unavailable (eg they had about 6 types of tap beer but none were in stock). But it did not matter after all as we could not get a glass of beer due to lack of ID. My hubby is 50 and I am 47. We are not American, but travel a lot in the USA and this was the first time we were asked to proof our age. Very flattering. ;) The hotel accommodates a bowling and billiard room but it is a separate business.
The lobby has been recently refurbished, some areas renovated and it looks lovely. We loved its environmentally friendly approach. Good value for money. Loved the fire pits with complementary marshmallows and chocolates. It has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool. Location was great, plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice coffee, tea, hot chocolate is supplied in the room and refilled each day.

United States of AmericaCustomer service was poor. Check in person gave me very limited information- I had to ask him for every detail regarding breakfast times, locations, even getting a map. The restaurant waitresses were so so. I came into the restaurant with a breakfast voucher and she proceeded to charge me for the full breakfast!
Great amenities, especially pools and nightly s’mores

CanadaWould have been better if had self service drinks at breakfast. Took too long to get coffee and juice. Bowling was way overbooked. You should set a limit on number of games per group, and maybe extend bowling hours.

United States of AmericaWhen we were out on the lawn game area all kids/parents seemed to want to play ping pong but the hotel didn't have any more balls (or wouldn't hand out anymore) and ping pong balls are easily lost of destroyed. I scoured the area thoroughly seeing if there were any to be found but alas there were none. The hotel should hand out a ping pong ball to each family (if they want one) as they check in. Then charge $1 if they need another. At least give folks the opportunity to play. Or you check out and check back in. Or something. We were out on the lawn area for quite some time and I watched many families come down wanting to play ping pong that were disappointed they couldn't. In short, pack a few if you think your fam will want to play.
The property was absolutely awesome for kids. They have an indoor and outdoor pool both of which were quite large. I loved that they played movies at night in the indoor pool area. Can't say We've ever watched a movie while swimming. With bowling and an arcade with air hockey and three pool tables my kids stayed entertained in the evenings. Plus a great outdoor lawns games area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Can't really comment on the food as we only had the kids eat there once and they had pizza and chicken fingers which were very basic looking but they did the job. Hubs and I grabbed mexican from down the street.

Large property with lots of amenities. The bowling alley and arcade were a nice surprise for the kids. Great indoor pool! The resort is clean, nicely decorated and the staff were helpful and kind. Great showers and large spacious room. Really enjoyed our stay here. Centrally located and close to restaurants. Easy drive from here into the Grand Canyon.

United States of AmericaThe bar restaurant was severely understaffed. The food at the lower restaurant was also not very good for the price. The spinach salad had two tomatoes on it, no cheese and not a lot of greens. Not good quality. An included breakfast buffet would be a great option for mornings.
Location . Big room. Easy access to local attractions.

United States of AmericaThe prices for food in that entire area were astronomical! And unfortunately, the food everywhere was subpar. The hotel had pretty good food, but the prices were just outrageous. The entire town surrounding this hotel was very overpriced for mediocre at best food.
The location was amazing! It had so many neat things to offer right at the facility.
