Not very many decent restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was adequate. Service was poor the first night and very much better the next night. Mediterranean plate was pretty good.

Comfortable and clean. Spacious room. Good shower. Good bed.

There is a daily movie screening, which they told us was Mario Bros. on that day. When we went to the screening, there was a 1 hour delay without explanation and then they showed a different movie. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time there

Maybe another option for breakfast other than a buffet? Just continental?

The room was simple and basic but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you cannot stay in Grand Canyon Village, this is a good option location. It worked well for us but we mostly only slept there and spent most of our time in GCNP.

Our room was on the ground floor, overlooking the pool, but there were no net curtains or Venetian blinds, anyone could see into our room! I checked the rooms next to ours from the outside, there were some with this, but many not .... a big minus. It could have been mentioned that the road leading to the National Park entrance gets very busy, there was a very long line of cars, even in April, 20+ mins wait if you don't go early enough?

The staff were helpful and the lobby and restaurant nicely decorated. It was also great to have laundry facilities, as we were on a 2.5 week road trip! The coffee/tea facilities and water bottle refill facilities in the lobby were useful too. The staff had a car snow-clearing tool ready for use on request, which was necessary the morning of our departure!

    I can't think of a thing I didn't like!

The room was very spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We had a newly renovated room at the back of the property that was very quiet. I loved the decor of the resort, and the stone walls and water features. There were two restaurants on site, which was handy, as there are not many other choice for food in the area. I especially loved the s'mores that were offered by the fire in the evening!

We were surprised by the queue into the national park at 11am so would recommend staying in gc village if affordable

The lobby and bar/restaurant were lovely and the shop had lovely items. The amusement centre with bowling was great. Location next to heliport fab. Food was tasty (chips too salty tho). Needed more time to enjoy all the facilities.

Our room was next to outside door and people were very noisy leaving the hotel very early in the morning. There was also someone smoking right outside who didn't shut the outside door and the smoke came into our room due to the gap between floor and bottom of room door.

Excellent location close to park entrance, liked the nightly s'mores!

Our check-in was awkward, the man at reception addressed us giving orders like “id” “credit card”, no please or thank you. Thankfully check-out was better, the girl even smiled at me. One more thing, not the hotel’s fault, but there’s literally 0 good food options in this area. We had a microwave in the room, we really should’ve got something to “cook” and eat in.

Our room was lovely, modernly decorated and very spacious. We didn’t use any of the facilities but they do have a pool and fitness centre which seemed nice from the photos.

The hotel room phone and coffee machine not working. Asked the front desk several times but still wasn't fixed until we left.

Nice hotel with only ~10 mins away from Grand Canyon park entrance. The hotel restaurant is great... probably the best restaurant in this small town.

The breakfast buffet...definitely not worth $20. It is strange that they are not able to charge it to the room bill. We had to pay by visa card

It was overpriced due to its location close to the Grand Canyon (10 min drive). I was limited with where I could stay because public transport to the park from other locations was poor. You have to take a cab from the hotel to get to the park which is $19 one way and they are not very reliable, can be waiting anywhere from 10 min to over an hour and depending on the line at the park gate you can be waiting a while there too.

It was a beautiful hotel, with great facilities and good food

Some areas looked like they needed update (like bathroom). The shower/tub was also challenging to get in and out of for some of our party. It’s a slick tub with rounded sides that was a deep step in. We would request a different shower type if we visited again.

The pool area was beautiful. Location just outside of Grand Canyon was convenient as well.
