Housekeeping was nonexistent -- I was there 7 nights and no one came to my room the whole time, not even to empty the trash. I had to keep asking the front desk for supplies of in-room coffee packets (which they did provide). The property is in process of being refurbished, with construction and updating ongoing. It needs it. The semi trucks parked across the road sometimes had loud engine noise (running their A/C?) late at night and early in the morning, plus back-up alarms that woke me up at 6 am a couple of times. There was also construction equipment in the parking lot sometimes, also noisy.

The breakfast was excellent, multiple hot options, yogurt, fresh fruit. The front desk staff were generally great, especially Cheryl who checked me in. The location worked well for my purposes, close to the highway. There are a number of chain restaurants close by.

Noisy! We had people next to us that were up all night and we had no heater in our room. It was blowing cold air!

Pet walking area garbage full. Out of bags. A lot of waste on the ground. Needs to be better maintained.

Allowed pet for minimal fee. Check in available until midnight. Breakfast good. Ground floor made it easy for pet. Beds comfortable.

Turn table on microwave did not work properly, told there was nothing that could be done about it. Tub drain almost totally clogged. I was told this would be corrected, nothing was done for my entire stay.

The bed was a little soft and felt as if the foot was higher than the head of the bed.

This is all personal experience and might not fully reflect the experience for others: I think some of the outlets could have been a bit better and more secure, I tried pressing a charger into the wall outlet and it started sinking into the wall, so I switched to another one. Also some outlets were non-functioning so that may have to be addressed as well. The outlets at the base of the table lamps were fine for small charging blocks, but not so great for the bigger ones since the stalk of the lamp was almost touching the edge of the outlet square thing. Also this is something they say they are working on, but part of the deadbolt latch was missing so it would be nice if they can get that fixed. Final thing is more neutral for me since I was more fascinated by it, it looks the an identical separated wing of the inn was partially burned down, I asked and apparently it happened a month ago, non hurt thankfully, and it caught me off guard but I thought it was kind of cool for the view, but I’m not sure if others would appreciate the view, if they saw that while staying on the side facing that.

It was a very Convenient property, very close to many restaurants both for walking and driving, all of them were great staff, from Room attendants to Front Desk agents, the check in process was super smooth and quick, very professional and informative! I always can appreciate a cozy bed, it was very clean and a delight to relax in, the property staying on the first floor mostly was just what I needed after a long day. The perfectly placed parking spots added to that convenient atmosphere!
