“I arrived at the venue at midnight, as informed in my booking, and there was no one at the reception to support me.
There was a notice at reception to call number 500 to request support. I called several times and no one answered, I only heard an automatic message to leave a message for quality evaluation purposes.
I could not use my reservation because there was no local support.
I was very disappointed not to be able to rest with my family after almost 400 miles driving.
And the situation was even worse because at that time I did not find another hotel available and had to follow my trip without rest.
For these reasons the place should return the amount paid for the reservation that I could not use due to the reasons described above.”
