The staff were not all welcoming. One staff member spoke to my partner and kids pleasantly. But was taping at me with her nails and only asked me which room was I checking in. Was not very to me at all.

They automatically tell you that they will take $200 for incidental charges. I can see if this was a four star or even a five star hotel this is basically a 2 1/2 to 3 star.

It was good for the night, places to eat all around us and well as Uber/doordash.

A thin blanket only on the bed. No comforter at all. Children in the hallway yelling and running late evening.

There was a keuriq machine, fridge and microwave in the room. Good black out shades The breakfast was quite good Check in staff person was very nice

At the arrival the communication was difficult for example I was not told to put the sticker in my car it could have been removed fortunatly it was not removed the 10 00 am to terminate breakfast is too early We had a problem to find your the hotel more detail information should be given what road to take from the 95 there is many french people comming from canada who dont speack english your employee could use the transalator on the phone A smile is always appreciated and dont cost anything

The vents were all very dusty. We both were sneezing and coughing after one night of breathing in all the dust.

We're always offered goodies since we’re members, but not this time. Breakfast hours could be extended and the food choices need improvement. By the time we went down, the eggs were super watery (not much left) and some employees were chatting it up (I think with a guest, not sure) at the waffle station. That’s fine, but you can move to the side and do that. Ended up leaving.

Check in was pleasant and the room was clean.

The bed makes squiggly sound which kills my mood to make up with my man🙂. Secondly, I wish the bathroom had a walk in shower instead of tub.

Actually, we spent most of our time out so we didn't have any kind of experience.

Bathroom incredibly small! Couldn’t even shut the door when using the toilet as there was no room so close the door with me in the bathroom.

Everything exceeded our expectation about this place. Staffs were friendly. The room has everything we need. For $80 i definitely come back. $200 deposit fees are nothing compare to hotels in California

When the tour buses showed up with 200 kids and it was crazy at the breakfast area When I arrived at property I had to leave an additional deposit on top of being charged for the room TRAVELER BE AWARE look at fine print on booking.com to find the hidden fees before you make reservations

The room was very dusty & smelled funny. They hold a $200 deposit which I think is a little excessive for this no frills hotel compared to resorts & nicer hotels with more amenities & lower holding fees. Other than breakfast, there’s nowhere to buy food (even microwave food) except candy & soda from the vending machines.

The breakfast was decent & the front desk receptionists were nice. Housekeeping left one of those cute towel swans on one of the beds.

The check in process was long. They keep a large deposit on your account....still hasn't been returned yet. We will see.

The breakfast was great and well stocked. The rooms were spacious and quite clean. It is an excellent location. Restaurant right across the street so you don't have to keep driving.
