Some updates would be nice. The cleaning staff needs told to clean AC units filters every week.

Parking was not good. They should tell you in advance that there is no parking garage. That there are two small parking lots across the street. We had to back onto the main road after check in.

The hot water in the bathroom sink was a little tricky. Worked perfect in shower.

Loved the view and the amenities provided. The pool area was very nice. Tiki hut was nice and affordable. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean!

It has become a little out dated needs a few upgrades. The bathroom is very small for a family room. The room is kind of small. As soon as you walked into our room the first bed is right there and very close to door so very hard to get stuff in. No air flow in that room it’s very hot. We did ask for a fan and got one. We was straight in front of the wash / boiler room and you could fell the heat coming in the door and when you open the door it hit you. The 2nd bed / room had a table and chairs in front of the AC so air was not flowing as the table was in the way and table was wet from all the cold air so we had to move the table and stuff around to get a good air flow. Most importantly we booked a room and they knew we have a 1 year old with us and we got a room that the balcony  door doesn’t lock very unsafe but we made do. They have 2 builds we was in the main building where you check in.

Nice location . Love the ocean front. Also love the Tiki bar at the pool and love the fact they have lazy River and 2 outdoor pools and a indoor pool with also a hot tub indoor. The hot breakfast was a big hit and everything we tried was good. All the staff was super nice at check in and check out any time we passed them in the hallways or elevator they spoke and was very friendly, even all the ladies serving breakfast was super friendly.

One elevator could be an issue. Parking was tricky. Not a lot of shade in the pool area.

Location was perfect!! Beach was not as full as other areas. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were refurbished and clean!

The mattress was old and wore out. Very uncomfortable and wasn’t able to sleep well. I could feel the springs. And with all the windows the wooded blinds didn’t kept the street lights from keeping the room bright the entire night. I suggest add curtains for extra darkness so we’re able to sleep.

It is very run down. Stains on the bedding, mold in the bathroom and the balcony door was broken and did not lock.

The staff was wonderful! Very nice, helpful and courteous. The location was perfect and the view was great.

If I had to comment on anything negative about this place, there wouldn't be much at all. The only thing was the room door where we stayed was very hard to open because the top part of the door was sticking very bad, so you had to push very hard to get the door open.

This is actually a great place to stay if you like being close to the beach and a clean, comfortable room, and friendly staff! We were on the 7th floor and had a balcony with a killer view.

The pools are small for 3 buildings, the breakfast is very hard to get into small area,and the cleaning lady knocks on the door and let's u know that it's house keeping but if u don't answer she comes on in didn't care for that at all need signs to put up do not disturb.
