Hotel is very dated. Room was clean bed comfortable, breakfast was toast, small chocolate and powered donuts and cold cereal.

To me the price was crazy for what it was and the dates. I did not like the breakfast the milk was no good and they barely had anything out other than a banana, hot water and oatmeal packets. And the room was dirty there was hair in the bathtub and on the shower curtain from the previous people and it wasn’t very tidy like it needed vacuumed and picked up some more.

I liked the location! I love the size of the bathtub and the suite!! I love that it was smoke free and I liked that we were on the bottom floor. I liked that the heat worked.

Asked for an extra blanket and pillow and was told they didn't have any even though I could clearly see some in the back. There is a continental breakfast but it's very sparse.

Breakfast was very sparce. Rooms were not vacuumed throughly and obvious splatters on the walls that could has been wiped off. I assume the price was increased for the festival, but felt these things could has been addressed.

Room was spacious heat/air worked, beds comfortable.

They didn't leave out little bottles of shampoo. The security lock on the inside of the door was wobbly. The owner/manager didn't want to give me 2 rolls of toilet paper. He wanted to give me just one. But then I would have had to go back and get a second one the next day.

That when we put the sign up to have our room cleaned they didn’t clean it.

That it was close to the event that we were attending and made it convenient to walk.

The pool was not open, Breakfast was just average. The room especially the bathroom needs upgrades. Unfavorable workmanship. No smoke alarm in the room.

The bed and room were comfortable. Liked Refrigerator and microwave. Quiet location.

Hotel was hot. We were able to coolnour room but leaving the room was hot. The location didn't make a comfortable temp throughout the hallways. The elevator and hallway had an odd smell.

Breakfast was simple. Not really much of a choice but there was something.

It was a nice little hotel close to a event I was attending. It was clean. Staff was nice. Bed was okay.

Bathroom was just this side of nasty. Ceiling was damaged and falling apart in places. Fixtures were nasty and corroded. Every time u flush the toilet, the pipes rattled very loudly. Pool was not operational.

Location was good. Price was decent. Staff was semi friendly.

The location needs some updates. Can tell it was previously a Econolodge which there is nothing wrong with this. Outside of building needs powerwashed, get green mold off siding. New softer bath towels, and some freshing up of décor.

Location was great for us. We came from Illinois to take the covered bridges tour and the hotel was right across the street form 2 of the bridges. Convenient from downtown dining and sight seeing of Rockville. Staff/owner was friendly and polite. Overall room was adequate for our stay.

The price was hiked for the festival. I don't blame them, but what we paid for the room did not match the quality you would expect fore that price.

We needed a place to stay for the Covered Bridge Festival. The Royal Inn was in a convenient location, and we appreciated that. The facilities were clean and comfortable. It needs updating, but it was sufficient for our needs.
