Dated decor, parking area messy, very, very noisy breakfast with work being done. Poor service at breakfast, not enough staff. Nice server but errors on orders, no check up on coffee etc, with the concrete cutting being done, very bad breakfast experience all around

It was dirty. Tables/chairs by the pool stayed dirty for hours. Room doors and furniture were dusty.

They are currently doing construction on the bottom floor. We were on the 10th floor, and at 9 AM, you could hear drilling and vibrating and running through the wall that kept us awake. They should put on the website that the resort has construction going on so people are aware I most likely would not have booked the resort at this time but gone at a later time.

The hotel in general was pretty dirty. The hallway and elevator area were dirty and the pool bathroom was a complete disaster. There was no toilet paper in the entire men's bathroom, no paper towels in the toilet area. The soap dispenser wasn't working in the toilet area. In the urinal area, one sink wasn't working but it's soap dispenser was and the other sink was working but the soap dispenser wasn't. Of the two paper towel dispensers in the urinal area only one had paper in it. I told the staff and eventually it was taken care of but it appeared that this bathroom hand not been taken care of in some time. Usually Hilton's are in much better shape and this one left me feeling a little let down.

The location is great, the staff was friendly and we had great service. Our room itself was clean and fairly modern and the amenities in our room were good.

The room was not cleaned well. There was visible dust and dirt throughout. The carpet inside the room as well as in the hallway is definitely in need of a replacement. Also, when it rains there is no seating area in order to eat inside.

The staff from the front desk, house keeping, luggage handlers, and hostess at the grill were all amazing 👏🏾.

the service was less than adequate in housekeeping. and the front desk was not as helpful in honoring the terms of my reservation as I hoped it would be. I feel like I compromised in several areas.

We didn’t like that. It was a mini refrigerator, you could hear through the walls so thank goodness I took my little fan for noise. I couldn’t enjoy the pool because they were working construction by the bar and by the pool. Where the hanging chairs are. we were unaware of having to pay to park our vehicle at a hotel that we already paid for. The iron didn’t work , there could’ve been a couple of chairs for us to sit on, because there was only one in the room

It was clean, and we liked being on the river/intercoastal. The room was comfortable.

Parking seemed a bit expensive, given that I've stayed at other comparable resorts in Florida where parking was either gratis or quite inexpensive. Overall the property seemed fine, though not special.

The location was fine. Being in the shadow of the bridge was a bit odd, but seeing the water was nice. I did not go to the beach but I heard it was walkable.

They call it a resort and charge a resort fee. I expected there to be more amenities besides the pool and small gym. The food menu is limited and super expensive. $26 for 3 tacos is a joke.

It was rather run down, the lobby and entry is small, but nice however the elevator, hallways to rooms and the room itself were rather worn. The day we checked out they were painting the hallway so maybe they are working on it.

The clerk at the front desk was very kind.

Only downside was multiple sites said this includes breakfast, but that was not the case. Tynisha was nice enough to give me vouchers for each of us ($15 per person). Granted a breakfast there is closer to 30 with the orange juice and stuff but it definitely helped. I called booking.com and their agent told me that it was their mistake, not the hotels and we're going to credit me 26 bucks in addition to the $15 per person the hotel gave me.

Overall a great facility with wonderful staff. Courtney greeted us and was very pleasant to work with. Tynisha worked with a little pickup we had regarding breakfast and was very pleasant to work with during the checkout process. Rooms were extra comfy with a great view. Overall, this hotel is great for the price given the area.

No WiFi in my room. Coffee machine did not work. Worst thing about the WiFi is I complained three times about it at reception and no one ever hit back to me. Room 621 My colleague in the room opposite also struggled. Rm 620

rooms very dated. not very clean, beds need replacement, carpet not clean, bathrooms need redoing due to mould, need to re- seal, etc. also, our reservation said “breakfast included”, however, we only received breakfast coupons worth $15 per person. almost every breakfast option was $16 or more, with coffee at $6 and a glass of OJ at $8. so breakfast was not completely “included” as indicated. a bit of an unfair treatment in my view and just factually incorrect.

This hotel, facilities, staff were great. However hidden charges ie Resort Fee, Parking Charges weren’t disclosed at booking only came to light at check out. This leaves a sour taste and is tantamount to fraud. For this reason won’t use this hotel or chain again.

The bed mattress could be a little bit harder for me. The water served as "house water" tastes really bad, we couldnt drink it. And the breakfast is extremely expensive.
