You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaYour bartender staff ( white male) judging customers (me) right in front of me. Him and another white customer judging me a black male while I was sitting at the bar. Saying I won’t trust them! This occurred Friday evening the day I laid my mother to rest. Like I really needed to hear that. I’m originally from Boston but currently living in florida working as a law enforcement officer. So I aware of racism and discrimination.

United States of AmericaCleaning service take too late to clean the room. On the the website you are asked what time you will be there. I said between 1 to 2pm. I went there 2.30 was told room was not ready. Your website asked special request I said was a birthday celebration. I do not know why this question was asked and none of the request was honored. That should be taken off your website if you are not going honor your customer request,which is asking your customer what time they are expected to be there. Even though I give the expected time the room was not available . Front desk told my husband they will call my husband when the room ready but no one did . We sat and waited in our car for 1 and a half hour which was 4pm check in time.waitress forgot to bring out our soup and bought entree and we had asked them what did they do with our soup then they went and bought it. Disorganized restaurant. Staff for both restaurant and front desk need to be trained in customer service .

I don’t remember the exact prices, but there was a fee for parking, breakfast was over $20, and it was over $12 a day for wifi unless you signed up for a membership, which was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to figure out. A few less important things: Closet doors didn’t open fully, inconvenient to have to open the other door just to reach the other side of the closet. No steamer, only an iron. The showerhead was kind of odd and also hard to reach. There was no “do not disturb” sign, while we were out i guess housekeeping came in and made the bed. We’d left in a hurry, had some clothes and clutter laying around and they’d had to move our things to do their job and i felt bad about it when we got back and realized. We didn’t really need the bed made so this could’ve been avoided and spared them the extra work if there’d been a sign to use on the door.
Somewhat isolated so it was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking still available despite four weddings that weekend. Everything was very clean, water pressure was good.
