WIFI was almost nonexistent. We couldn't even get on Wifi until 11pm when everyone started going to bed. Speed was barely functional. Would not depend on wifi for any important meeting.

Our room was next to the street it was very noisy. I called the front desk twice for an extra pillow they said we don’t have. The towels looked very used (we had our own)

Walk in shower was nice, HVAC was efficient and quiet, flat screen (43" I think) and remote works well. Paid $65.00 total+ $20.00 refundable fee. Over all my stay was comfortable and uneventful. (Check your bill and confirm that the $20.00 fee was refunded)🤩

We felt the staff was uptight and unfriendly. The office was locked behind glass like a prison. They didn’t clean the room for our second night. The air conditioner had a moldy smell. They would not give us new towels until we went down to the office to hand over our previous towels, and the room did not come with hand towels. They asked for a $30 deposit (which to be fair was returned) but who does that?! A vending machine is advertised, but it’s actually a cooler and it’s locked behind a door. The staff clearly does not have skills in hospitality. Between the language barrier and the glass window it was difficult to communicate. We don’t like leaving negative reviews, we aren’t the kind to nitpick or harass others, but our stay was not pleasant.

I had an awful stay at this hotel. We booked a room with two queen beds for 2 nights, but upon arriving at 10 PM, we were given a room with a king bed instead because our reserved room was given to someone else. And we left the hotel after the first night. The room was extremely lacking in amenities: no hair dryer, and not even basic toiletries. We had only one towel and a used soap bar—no extra towels, shampoo, or conditioner. The noise was unbearable. The hotel is close to a main street, and the traffic noise was very loud. The room’s poor soundproofing meant we could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms, making us feel very uncomfortable. To top it off, there were many homeless families staying there, and we were frequently woken up by babies crying in the middle of the night. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The room appeared to be poorly maintained, with stains on the carpet and bedding. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Customer service was another disappointment. When we complained about the room and lack of amenities, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns. There was no effort made to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was unwelcoming and unsafe. Overall, this hotel was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Room smells like crap. In general all place seems really dirty. Staff doesn’t really speak English so good luck understanding what is going on. Sure it’s a beat up motel and there’s nothing to expect, but having paid 60$ this still seemed overpriced.

Cleanliness of place needs improvement. Staff were very polite and the area is convenient. However, the bedding had stains, there were splash of food on walls and the toilet seats were dirty.

For one there is supposed to be a “no smoking” policy but yet the WHOLE hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana together.. wasn’t very pleasant. Neighbors were very loud, we could hear absolutely everything going on. Hotel staff was rude, and I am talking about the little old Indian woman. I went to check out and all she did was shake her head at us.. ummm okay what the hell was her problem? RUDE!

I liked the location of the inn. Right outside Chicago was what I was looking for.

Omg the wondering of random people near the parking lot. But nothing extrême. Hot water doesn't last past 5 minutes.

For my power being out for a day this was à great place to stay the night and get some rest. Bed and bathroom were very clean in the room I was in. Big room.
