If I had to say one thing I didn't like, it would be the water pressure in the shower. We are on the 4th floor and the pressure wasn't that great

Everybody was super friendly there. We thoroughly enjoyed the food that you had to offer. The wait staff, specifically Tori, was a delight to talk to and get to know. The bartenders Bryce and TJ were so much fun to hang with. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was amazing.

$15 per day parking...yes, per day!! So not cool! I mean I might could understand per stay...but per night? Shameful! $50 per day chair/umbrella rental...ridiculous when you pay a premium amount for the rooms. It should be at the very least discounted for guests if not included.

The only negative I have is the restaurant. There weren’t that many choices on the menu for breakfast or dinner and the staff barely acknowledged you. And one day of our stay they didn’t even open until 8:00. The food itself was good along with the coffee. I included breakfast with my stay but if had to do it again I would definitely leave that part out.

Last time I stayed here parking was free, chairs and umbrellas on the beach were free. I know it changed names and owners but you didn’t get the same value as before. I stopped going to the last place I stayed at because they started charging for parking. With the price you pay to stay there parking shouldn’t be extra.

We were not informed that we needed to pay, much less reserve the beach chairs ahead of time (previous reviews were misleading saying the hotel provided them). That information should have been sent to me when the reservation was made.

The view & proximity to the beach was excellent! The room was clean & comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious! Every employee we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

The exhaust or vent hood for the kitchen needs to be replaced or improved. It always smelled like old fried food and grease. If you ate inside the restaurant your clothes smelled just as bad.

The staff was courteous and attentive, the location was great and the property very well maintained.

You had to pay extra for breakfast, chairs, umbrellas, and parking. The bedding didn't seem clean when we got in. It had sand in the sheets.

A manager approached my fiance who was smoking. Another guest had confronted him very aggressively. He was unaware that he was not allowed to smoke on the open air patio. Because the other guest approached him aggressively. He defended himself verbally. When the manager came out she came out with the guest and it was like both of them were confronting him together. I think it would have been better for the manager to tell the guest to go back to whatever he was doing and all she had to do was let my fiance know they do have designated smoking areas. And he would have happily relocated to one. But he did not take kindly to the other guest verbally being aggressive with him. I just feel like it could have been handled a bit more delicately because it really upset him. To the point he didn't even want to go back out onto the beach that day. He definitely felt like it was reacted to much more than it should have been.

Quite simply, this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The beds were beyond comfortable. As was to be expected since they recently renovated the entire thing. While Dustin and fort Walton both have fantastic restaurant options. We ended up eating twice at the remedy for dinner while we were there because the dinner was so good. So much better than we expected. The cost to have breakfast each morning with absolutely worth it. I don't think I've ever enjoyed breakfast at any other place I've ever stayed. The staff at the front desk was incredibly nice every time we saw them. The room was beautiful immaculate and the views were outstanding. It was quiet while we were there. There weren't a ton of people on the beach. It was thoroughly enjoyable.

I wish the restaurant had more a la carte items but the service was great overall.

Beal House was exceptional; the amenities, beach access etc. The rooms were very clean and designed well. The restaurant was beautiful and sccessible.
