There was someone else’s food and drinks left in the fridge. Not a big deal just one thing we found in the room. Also wish the hot tub wasn’t out of order. We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub amenities.

We had a great stay. Our family came to Lincoln City at the start of spring break and this hotel met all our needs. Shout out to Mike in the breakfast room, he took care of all of us dining when we were there and it was great service.

The walkway/hall/corridor was wet from people walking from the pool to the elevator and rooms. When I asked one member of staff where I could buy a bottle of wine from locally - she didn't know, another staff member had to step in and suggested a shop nearby - but did not indicate any opening hours and I found the shop closed.

Michael the staff member at breakfast. He was attentive and helpful - making sure everyone had everything they needed, topping up the menu items. Also observed Michael ensuring someone's dietary requirements were met. Then saw Michael working very hard cleaning the reception area - a hard worker, excellent customer service skills - an asset to the hotel.

Bathroom needed some updates. Toilet sat very low to the ground.

Quiet, very comfortable beds, enough outlets to plug in cell phone chargers, etc. The shower had excellent power and great source for water.

The pool area was taken over by youngsters cannonballing, so no one could swim around them. And there were children under 5 years old in the hot tub. Think about establishing some adult only pool times.

It was close to the beach. The ladies at the front desk were having difficulty checking me in within their computer system. They remained very pleasant and they put me in another room to see if it would work and it did. It actually was an upgrade but with no added charge. The room was clean and has a single serve coffee maker where you can bring your favorite k-cup coffee pods with you. They provide some in the room. The breakfast they serve is very nice and includes quite a variety including fresh fruit. North of the hotel is a fish/chips restaurant called J’s Fish and Chips which is really tasty!

The bathroom was super tiny and impossible to have two people in it at a time unless one is in the shower. The toilet is so close to the door it was crazy! The shower pressure was a little too much for me. My husband and I brought our roku to set up so we could watch our TV shows. This hotel has LG tvs with basic remote features so no input/output button. So we were stuck with basic cable. The tv remote completely stopped working our first night too we couldn't change channels, volume or turn off TV. My husband went and talked to the front desk lady and she wasn't very helpful and gave him a new remote that still wouldn't work. We just dealt with it until the next morning and got a much nicer older lady that helped us much more with the TV remote and fixed it for us. Other than those minor issues our stay was great! Breakfast was super busy as was the pool so we didn't end up getting to swim but that isn't the hotels fault.

Breakfast was outstanding so many choices (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, biscuits & gravy, breakfast sandwiches or burritos, etc) The quality of the food was so good too! It was filling and it saved my husband and I from spending more money on food. The location was great and easy to get in/out of. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfy. The server/cook for breakfast was so kind, helpful and wonderful at his job. He made sure to keep up on refilling the food and cleaning tables. He was positive the whole time even when it was super busy.

The first time I used the jacuzzi it was fine but after I used it, for the first time, the water was dirty, I didn’t know, where that dirt’s coming from, cause I shower before I get inside.

No cell phone signal. But had wifi that can be used. Also, couldn't use HDMI cable with TV since the outputs are locked forcing you to watch the cable options. Please change this setup since it's pretty ridiculous if you want to stream from another device.

Liked the indoor pool and spa. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, has waffle maker.

Comfortable room on the third floor with a balcony and view. Good breakfast. Breakfast, lobby, pool areas very spacious. Housekeeping replenished towels and supplies after first night and that hasn't happened for us in years!

A/C was old and barely worked, and the bathroom could use some renovation. The same amount of money in other regions would get you a far nicer place, but it seemed like a somewhat fair price for the coastal area.

Convenient location to the area we were visiting for one night. Only a half mile to Siletz Bay park or pier.
