There were two things. One, we booked two rooms side by side, and in one of them the air conditioning didn't work. We noticed right away and let them know. We were told it would be fixed the next day. We were in Legoland that day, so we didn't taste it out until the evening when we got back. It still didn't work. Unfortunately, communication between staff is nonexistent, and we had to explain the same thing again and convince them that we had told them when we checked in. We opted to stay in the room because we didn't want to separate from the other room, and that was our choice. But that was it. All talk of that ended there. The other thing was the Legoland shuttle schedule. It is not available all day, and you have to catch the last shuttle BEFORE the park closes which is ridiculous considering we traveled a long way to enjoy the park and we weren't going to leave it early.

Clean facilities in a fantastic location. Because it was heated, our little one was able to enjoy the pool most of the day. She had so much fun. The food court next to the hotel was also fantastic, and considering no food service is provided, it is very necessary. The facilities could use a little updating, but for the most part, they have been well maintained.

You can hear everything through the walls. Housekeeping never showed up to our room.

The location of the property is perfect , rooms are spacious, beds were very comfortable, the fridge and microwave in the room come in handy. Really enjoyed the swimming pool.

Mostly nice stay but the place isn't without its problems; for example, the area around the pool was full of cigarettes butts, and i didn't feel comfortable letting kids to play around.

House cleaning seemed to go on all day and yet we were there for three nights and no one ever cleaned our room or replaced our towels and yet upon checkout we were charged $16.00 a night for maid service. Room was noisy with some sort of fan above our room that ran 24/7. Didn’t realize the air conditioning didn’t work until about midnight the last night when I turned it on. The checkout lady wouldn’t speak to me, language issue or just rude?

The service was not good. For example there was a coffee machine with some coffee and tea choices in the room but no milk or sugar! And of course no minibar or anything like that! We wanted to use the pool but they had sent all the towels to be washed! I mean it looked like it just needed a little bit more effort to provide a perfect experience!

The location is perfect, close to shopping area and good restaurants! Also it is walking distance from legoland and flower garden. The green area and the pool were beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also I liked the low-waste shampoo container in the bathroom.

There were nosies outside or on the roof of the room that we could not figure out what was making them. The bathroom door would not close completely too.

It was super close to Lego land, and it has many restaurants nearby and store so we didn’t have to travel far. Also the beach is literally less than 10 minutes away.

Dirty, they won’t clean your room daily unless you ask for it, (I was not told this) yet they charge you an amenity fee.
