To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMicrowaves in the rooms, especially considering the prices you charge. Many people advised me to stay at a Resort which does have microwaves in each room.
The room was decent, however, there was no microwave to heat my take-out food or to warm the food I brought from home. I remember having microwaves in the room when I stayed at Circus Circus in Reno or other Casinos years ago. I wonder why this has changed, I was not delighted by not having a microwave in the room.

CanadaBed was hard as a rock. 2 chairs in room were so uncomfortable I had to sit on the bed.the chairs need replacing ,as you just sunk down in them, until your back ached. It seemed like every escalator going down to lobby to check in were broken, so had to use stairs.
I liked the size of the room.good towels.all bathroom soaps, shampoo was very good. Casino was close to where I wanted to go,

United States of AmericaI prefer being checked in by a human. Self check-in didn't recognize my credit card using the tap feature. The resort fee was almost as much as the room. Gym had outdated gym equipment, The sun was shining in, making the room hot. The parking garage stairwells were filthy and had peeling paint on the hand rails. Water stained ceiling tiles and peeling paint walls can be seen throughout the hotel. One would think the cost of one's stay would go towards some of the upkeep and appearance of the hotel. The escalators leading to and from the hotel registration lobby were broken and blocked off. This made getting checked in inconvenient, because we had to take the long way to get down there from the green garage, where we arrived. Wheb I called the front desk from my room, I was told the circus performances ended at midnight. We went to the arcade to see a show around 10 pm. Found the stage empty. Arcade employee told us there wouldn't be a performance till the next evening. My friends were disappointed since it was there 1st time here. Employees at the arcade looked miserable. It was sad.
I booked through booking.com, the price was affordable. Free self parking. The buttermilk restaurant had delicious food, (a little pricey). Rooms were clean and comfortable. I was happy my request for a room with a view was met.

United States of AmericaOnly complaint I have is the smoking of cigarettes inside the property where their are families / kids / pregnant women / non smokers etc that have to endure the second hand smoke and the smell, which is a bit overwhelming.
I liked how it was well kept. Plenty of things to do from the arcade , watching the little performances, casino , a few stores/gift shops, plenty of food options , food court for a quick bite, and restaurants. Really liked how the hotels were connected on top but you can pass through all of them through downstairs and having a short walk outside.

United States of AmericaThe first night, there was a couple next door with a baby and a toddler. I was dead asleep when they went into the room. The couple made no effort to quiet the children for at least two hours. There were lots of shops, drinking spots, etc that were closed during my weeklong stay. I understood places going dark on a Monday but on a Thursday night?!
