Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The timing of the shuttle, they told us it was at 6.20 on the morning but fortunately we woke up earlier and we were at the reception at 6 because the shuttle leaven at 6.00.
The bad was really comfortable

Was surprised at the $20 per night parking fee and am still waiting to be refunded for the remainder of the $150 deposit that was unused. I hope I don't have to contest the charge.
There were several very nice nearby restaurants that were inexpensive, but very good. Complimentary breakfast was decent.

Too much noise. You could hear people in the hallway, lobby and outside of the room on the first floor. Need much better sound rating. Also, the bathroom door handle was broken and one of the charging outlets next to the bed did not work.

The corridors and general decor were tired, but everything was clean, and for an airport hotel it was fine. I was using for an overnight stay between flights.
Room was massive. Like a suite. Quite unnecessary for an overnight stay. The shuttle from airport (once I had figured out where to get it from) was very useful and pleasant drivers.

The hotel was in a good location and easy to reach from the airport. We got a taxi on arrival as it was late at night, but we were easily able to get the shuttle bus the following morning. It felt safe and the breakfast was good.

It was noisy. Late night arrivals with crying baby, squealing kids, repeated door slamming kept me awake at 1 AM. Also hotel shuttle did not have working seatbelts.

Noisy toilet.
The location is minutes from the airport. The beds are a hit or miss. The first stay, it felt like a rock. The second stay, the bed, was the most comfortable ever. The second stay the staff was so friendly and helpful. The first stay the gal who checked us in seemed like she didn't want to be there. The shower was great.

The shuttle service required that you call for pickup which seems strange when it is an airport service and you would expect that international travelers may not have the ability to call. We had to search around the airport for an information desk who was willing to call for us. The concierge told us that we had to call but the airport staff said the shuttles just come if we wait long enough. Considering that this was the main reason for booking an airport hotel, for the convenience of accessing the airport, the process was cumbersome and unclear. The shuttle also only comes 1x per hour in the morning from the hotel to the airport. In the end the shuttle worked but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to another international traveler for this reason.
The room was clean, large, and comfortable. There was a suitable fitness centre and there was a shuttle service.

Checking in was a little rude welcoming, I was asked my name etc, which I provided, but when I asked to make sure this is the right location because I am not from the state, I couldn't get to finish the question, was interrupted rudely with a finger saying "im doing something hold up". I feel that the welcoming wasn't warmth. Also not much variety of food unfortunately was not able to eat a breakfast. Nothing was restocked (9am too)
