Very nice clean hotel. I did not eat at the breakfast but I did get some coffee. It looked very good and clean. I would definitely stay there again. All of the front desk employees were very friendly and nice.

Everything was quite OK.

We stay here every time we go to and from Seatac. It's the best place around for value and shuttle service and also has a good breakfast.

Breakfast was OK, but paper plates & plastic cutlery not so good. Would rather have had reusable plates & stainless cutlery.

Nothing, it's a very serviceable airport hotel.

Excellent airport location (you can walk) & shuttle service, parking is included & it was a nice touch to be provided with a breakfast bag to go for an early flight. Room was very clean. Would stay here again.

Convenient location at the airport, with complimentary shuttle service. Simple and slightly dated rooms, but functional, and all one needs for a night before the flight.

To receive shuttle service you had to schedule the day before so using it to access the train station at the airport was difficult if you didn't have an exact time you wanted to leave. It's about a half mile walk to the train.

The staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient. I called twice before arrival to confirm the reservation and pickup procedure and was amazed to have the phone answered immediately by a real human who was articulate and pleasant. The room was clean and the location next to the airport convenient for an early morning flight. Dining next door was a bonus!

Pick up from the airport was poorly coordinated. The driver just drove right past us at the designated pick up point. It was cold and windy that day. We waited over an hour for pick up. There was no acknowledgement for their failue in communication.

The AC was a bit noisy. The seating space in the breakfast room was a bit limited.

Great location near SeaTac. Easy to reach. Room was small, but quiet except when the AC turned on intermittently. The WiFi was good. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was good. The free breakfast had good options including fresh fruit and granola.

Clean, comfortable and super convenient to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful and the staff was wonderful. It’s not as fancy as some places but parking was free and the room rate was very reasonable. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is pretty good.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. They had my room ready when I arrived at 11:30am. Good restaurant next to the hotel. Very close to the airport. The staff was very helpful and the shuttle is convenient.

The only dislike was about the window panels not covering the entire window, too much light from the restaurant across the hotel at night, but it was manageable.

The bed was softer than we like. There was no restaurant on premises, although there was an excellent one across the parking lot.

The room was quiet and clean. The people at the front desk were very nice and offered us a ride to a store if we needed it. The breakfast was pretty good.
