The pool and hot tub were closed due to being under construction. We didn't learn this until checking in. This would have been useful to know prior to booking. The mattress in our room was so firm it was nearly uncomfortable. The drain in our shower was clogged, so you were standing in a pool of water by the time your shower was finished.

The room was spacious and the continental breakfast had a lot of options. There was also a plenty of seating in the breakfast area. I liked how there was free water and coffee in the lobby available to guests.

We had a problem with the tv it kept having pixel breaking down off and on , they came and replaced the HDMI cable , the coax cable did not fix , so they changed the cable box , did not work he even changed the tv did not solve the poblem , he said he would check further into it but did not hear back from him .

Well, this property suffered major storm and water damage and is under a major renovation to the section of the hotel we stayed in. Wasn't informed of this until we got checked in and were handed our room keycards. The Pool area was closed due to the storm damage until further notice. No ice machines were available on the floors. We did get ice from the front desk. We were put on the fourth floor of the hotel and walked through an active construction site to get to and from our room. The floors were covered with a plastic carpet protector film. Several of the rooms were in various stages of repair. Paint fumes and dust were very noticeable while walking to/from the room. We were kind of shocked that the hotel would put guests in rooms in this area. It didn't seem like the hotel was that full that it was necessary to do so. Also there were no outdoor lighting in the parking lot. It was extremely dark at night.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and inviting. Our room was good sized with plenty of storage for luggage and clothes. We had a small refrigerator and microwave oven. A separate sink and counter area with ton of storage cabinet space. The bathroom was large and again plenty of storage. A nice walk in shower with a glass enclosure and door. The room was clean with functioning TV, HVAC unit, lighting, and plumbing. The common areas were clean as was the breakfast area. We slept in a little and got to breakfast around 9:15 AM. About 15 minutes before closing. There were plenty of food and drink items available. Most every item was full and fresh even at the late hour of the morning.

really nothing. the shower heads could be changed, and each room probably needs a bit of care, but it is a nice place.

It is an older place, so the rooms are big. there has been a renovation and most of it worked well. they try hard at this place and we have liked staying there several times. Breakfast is really good, and the staff is very hospitable.

I think they may have just shampooed the floors because there was a bad smell to the room(like dirty mop water) . The AC unit was loud , it kept it cool enough , but just barely.

Price. My friend who was traveling with me booked directly with the hotel and his rate was $25/night cheaper than mine. So, for three night, it cost me an extra $75. So, I’m NOT happy about that. The elevator at this hotel really sucks. It is SLOW and the emergency door retraction does not work. I informed the staff. Parking was difficult. Hotel was really busy. Lobby temperature at night (between 7pm-11pm) really hot. Made it hard to sit in the lobby with friends.

The breakfast was outstanding. They really did a nice job. Beds were nice. Staff was friendly.

The young woman who checked us in on the afternoon of June 1 was not personable, friendly or very helpful; there were two, this one was white with darkish blond hair. What I was paying for my room was not very clear. There were not any towel racks in the bathroom. On several occasions late at night or very early in the morning the phone rang and no one was on the line. Both key cards took 3 or 4 tries to unlock the door. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast, pool, location on East Central that took us directly to downtown, microwave and refridgerator were nice amenities.

Was unable to adjust the AC; none of the controls seemed to work. Not much hot water for a shower. Breakfast was adequate but unremarkable and the coffee at this hotel is horrible.

Overall this is an very nice hotel. The queen suite was very spacious, well appointed, quiet and clean. For visiting Crystal Bridges Museum the hotel is in an excellent location.
