We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately we were not alone,we encountered roaches one crawled in the bed and one on the wall near head board took a picture and showed it to the front desk we were then given sheets to change the bedding NOT Housekeeping.They also gave us some Bug Spray to spray the room😔I'm asthmatic so sprays irritate my lungs.Im just really hoping for a full refund for the stay .We purchased 4 rooms that night brought family from out of town and everything.I can be reached at 708 970-4522 Miah Turner Thanks

United States of AmericaStaff was great and responsive. When the people above us were still having a WWE match close to midnight, they immediately sent security up to handle it. It seems like this is more of a local motel, and many clients are regulars. However, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in my room and hall, small dogs roaming free peeing in the hallway and elevator, and unsupervised kids running rampant. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to others, even though the room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff were great.

United States of AmericaI wound up canceling an extended stay request but was still charged. The booking.com app had me to request a fee waiver but a call from the hotel made it seem like the fee was out of their control. Disappointing.
It was comfortable for an immediate short term stay. The breakfast was edible the coffee not so much… full of coffee grounds. The price was cheaper on a 3rd party app though.

United States of AmericaLooked like blood splatter on the ceiling near the window, plaster above AC heater cracked and missing. Wall outlets don't hold a plug tight and my phone cord fell out.
Dog friendly, spacious clean rooms and I didn't hear any noises from other rooms or hall. Continental breakfast, that I didn't partake in but appreciate that it is available.

It hasn’t been updated in decades, the carpeting was sticky, the chairs had disgusting stains all over them. there were red drop stains on the ceiling. We had to pray quite honestly. Everything was dusty, rusty, old and molded and hardly clean. My kids walked barefoot for a bit and their feet were pitch black when I wiped them with a towel. Hate to leave a review like this, but this place was unsanitary, outdated and musty. nothing has been updated but the lobby.
This is such a great location. In good proximity to everything.As a local, I used to stay here all the time for this reason. The front desk staff, all 3 gentleman were stellar!!

And a few of the outlets were halfway out of the wall... Everything else was okay for the price though and the staff we came across were really nice, but man, the room was rough.

I LIKED NOTHING! It was a smell in the building. The pool didn't work it looked bad. The floors were dirty, no breakfast like advertised. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke. No food in area. Both fast foods were closed down. I have to drive around looking for places. It was a depressing experience. The staff was kind but couldn't offer much help. NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT AT ALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION.
