You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe front desk help was awful. first Tiana (something manager) was rude when I ask about early check in, which i had requested at booking time. I understand being full the night b4 but i can't believe not one room was available, but they were all available at 3?? Even worse the heavy set girl working front desk, wore a winter stocking hat, it was to be 90 degrees, very UNPROFESSIONAL. when i ask about the times of the courtesy van, she took her ear pod out & pointed to the sign without one word. Then when we checked out, I ask for a print out, NOT ONE WORD from her. I said is that a yes?to which her reply was I'm logging in. I went around the corner for coffee & when I came back she said, "you can log in & get your receipt that way". What a B.... I would hate to be that miserable in life.

GermanyThe pool was, well, not inviting… Guitar shaped, cool, but too dirty for us… Other people might not care, though. We had a room at ground floor facing the interstate and a bullet hole size window… but other than this, the room was ok. Parking was at a fee, contrarily to what was written in the description at the time we had checked it here (so don’t be surprised). Hotel reception staff was pretty grumpy, but this might just be the Nashville style…
Conveniently located hotel just off the ball park and across from downtown, easily to be reached by a 15 min walk via the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River. The hotel, too has a free shuttle service.
