Just a very nice simple motel. Lots of little touches that make me think they are thinking - picnic tables - nice woods view from breakfast room - enough light to read at night etc.

The room smelled like dog and cigarettes. There were spider webs on the walls with dust on the lamp shades. A hole in the wall next to the tv and the chain lock on the door was bent. The bathroom had marks on the walls and the shower had scuff marks in the ceiling. One of the lights when I entered the room did not work. Also in the depths of the night like around 1am on the 1st night there was a man yelling and cursing next to my window on the 1st floor then the 2nd night almost around the same time another man listening to an audio book outside my window while I was trying to sleep. Later during the week around the same time maybe 2am another man outside my window doing something in the snow. Also the curtains were tattered and one side was about to fall off. The window had black looking mold around it and the air conditioning system had some issues. I stayed for a week due to the location but that will be the last time. The location was nice but the building was to run down and had many interesting characters walking around the building. Safety wise I did not feel safe and I think the entire building needs to be renovated.

The side entrance, which was the easiest access to most of the parking, was closed for some kind of maintenance half my stay. A necessary inconvenience I suppose, but still rather irksome. Some one, perhaps a guest on the first floor, was smoking marijuana every day.

Breakfast area was nice and clean. Room was pleasant. Ran into staff members every day, and they were friendly and polite.

The bathroom could use a little update - very clean, especially the tub and shower but the sink, faucet and tiling could use a slight update.

The young lady at the desk when we checked in and out was extremely helpful. She was quick to get us 2 out of the 4 rooms 2 hours ahead of check in and gave us directions for a local restaurant that served beef on weck! I accidently left something in the fridge and even though had already checked out, she was able to get me a temporary key to get back in. She rates 5 out of 5 stars with my family! Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of items for everyone in our party.

Very dog friendly! Great places to take my dog to the bathroom, conveniently provided baggies and a trash can. There’s also a sidewalk to go on longer walks.

I was given the room on 4th floor the hallway smelled like toilet. Smelled like poop. I complained but nothing was done. My 2 night stay I paid way over for smelly hallways and room. I paid the same price next door to Marriott with better service and no foul smell.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an EV charger. It did have a charger but it wasn't working. It hadn't been working for about 2 weeks (since Buffalo's large snow storm). The staff had no idea how to fix it. They had let management know but management had not taken any action. The staff on site did try turning the power off and back on but this did not help.

I liked the staff on duty. They tried to fix the EV charger. The staff the next morning retrieved and saved a jacket I had left in the closet. But sorry, when I come to a hotel specifically for the EV charger and it's not working, my rating will be poor.

Parking normally has lots of room, but with major storm the piles of snow made it difficult. Not fault of facility just an inconvenience.

With the major storm that hit, I saw a lot of service people staying there and seeing a box of food in lobby for donations to help feed anyone who needed it. Personally the stay was great as it's near family for visits. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Breakfast is offered in the morning with waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereals with fruit as well.

the first room we were assigned had a bathtub that was continually running. staff immediately swapped us to a different (smaller) room. sadly this room had a continual high pitched buzzing noise - no idea where it was coming from, but it was very irritating

When we arrived there weren't any bathroom towels. It seemed as if the room was not even cleaned. Service was very slow and not very friendly. The building is really run down and needed some serious fixing. Common areas were also very dirty and seemed as accommodation if there has not been any maintenance completed in a very long time.. Was not pleased at all with the accommodations. Not worth the rate we paid. We left a day early due to the conditions.

Breakfast. The breakfast was very good and has a nice selection of items. Eating area was in its own little area away from prep area. Staff was very helpful and was able to assist in anyway. Breakfast made the stay.
