No lamp in very dark room.. (119).. No water pressure at all, slightly passed a fast drip. No phone in room to call desk. No Chanel guide in room.

Jeremy I may be a thing with Jeremiah (night time young Hispanic male) was so awesome and helpful.. example: apparently no ESPN in rooms, so Desk guy rolled out a TV so I could watch a game on ESPN … above and beyond the necessity..

We arrived late ... server was down ... and we didn't get into our room until after midnight. The room was large but unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke.

I chose the property because there was a free airport shuttle fro Austin airport. I tried to book this through booking.com but I got no reply. I spent over £20 on telephone calls from England leaving messages on the hotel’s answerphone but I never got a reply. We made our own way to the hotel and the young man was very apologetic. He was very helpful and arranged a shuttle for our son to be picked up later that evening. It would have been very much less stressful if the hotel had replied to my many messages earlier in the week.

The parking lot seems a bit neglected. The lobby is just so- so. And the floors in the elevator are broken with lose concrete. Very very Rough and not well maintain. Needs repairs. My room has something splattered on the walls (who knows?) as did my bathroom. My window was stained and in need of replacement.

The location is good, close to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful- went out of their way to help with transportation. My bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good.

The "free shuttle" had limits (didn't include early morning transportation). Smell in the hallways was rather unpleasant, but the room itself was fine. Not worth the high price we paid, however.

We appreciated the complimentary ride from the airport. It was nice to have a few restaurants within walking distance.

The mattress on the beds were horrible! They were very hard and firm and I woke up every hour or 2 all night long, didn't get much sleep.

I liked that this hotel was super close to the airport, and the breakfast was good, it was a full breakfast with sausage and eggs and you could also make waffles. There were bagels and muffins as well.

It was clean but really didn't like all the highway noise and the bed and pillows weren't comfortable at all. They need new windows that are more soundproof
