The only concern was a couple of kids running up and down the hall that stopped once their parents spoke to them.

This was a very short overnight stay. The property was clean, hot water and fairly quiet. Check in was effient and the desk service person was friendly.

You can complain about stained carpets and ugly furniture. You can also go spend twice as much at any other hotel.

My bedsheets were dirty! If I hadn’t arrived at 3am, and had been traveling for 27 hours I would have complained!! I cleaned the debris/hair off the bedsheets and slept anyways! Guess they can thank American Airlines for me being stuck in Miami for 10.5 hours and being less caring!!!

The shuttle only started running at 0730. Our flight departed at 0600, so we had to depart the hotel around 0415. Step up the the category of other airport hotels and run the shuttle earlier.

The reason why I gave less than 10 stars is because I had a problem and the owner didn't care (quoting!), so I was told. I couldn't use Internet on my laptop all those days for some reason. That was important to me and I made it clear but they just didn't bother. Also windows cannot be opened, which is not a huge problem if the windows were clean, but nothing could be seen from dirt on the outside of it.

The bed was nice, comfy and clean. I could spend days in it because of it's comfort. The staff is really nice and they do their best to provide the best service possible. The bathroom was also exceptional! Everything was super clean!!! ...except for windows. :)

The lady that cut the morning breakfast when I came down she always had a good smile on her face spoke to me even when we was leaving out she gave my daughters and I had a nice hug and she was very pleasant to be around

Front desk wasn't helpful. Maybe it was his first day on the job though. Orange juice had been watered down to the point of being orange colored water. Maybe it was a mistake though.

I didn’t like the comforters on the beds because they were rough and had to remove. The mattresses were not too soft and pillows were too high.

It was very clean, didn’t smell like smoke like other hotels. I like that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. I also like that they had free breakfast and convenient location off the expressway.

Mold in the bathroom, no bathroom fan. Very dirty rugs thru out location, elevator works but broke. Tiles and just dirty. Was told about nice renovated rooms wondered why we didn’t get one?
