The bathroom wasn't clean.2 towels were dirty (it looked like it had poop stain on them) The breakfast wasn't really great .not so many choices Definitely, they need some renovations.

The rooms were not cleaned or straightened for 3 days. We had to ask for towels and toliet paper two days in a row. They served the same breakfast all three days we were there. The pool was closed for matience, until we were ready to leave.

For the size of the room, I expected more furniture. A recliner/separate chair besides a couch would have been nice. Huge gap between TV and bedroom. Looked to be remodeled with what appears to be a bathroom fan and light outside bathroom on an opposite wall.

Pancake maker didn't work. Few choices/offerings for breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Not staff fault but my room saw a lot of abuse. Bodily fluids like spit and blood left on curtains and lamp shade. Wardrobe drawer was missing and had replaced with wood floor tile in its place. Work with what you have Mcguyver style. Refrigerator was room temp and ice maker on first floor was no working so I had to get new ice twice a day using zip locks to keep stuff in fridge cold. Carpet floor was dirty so had to use slippers to keep my socks or barefoot from staining like playing hot lava. Creepy people trying to look into our rooms all throughout the 4 days I was there. Kept the curtains drawn with a paperclip in the middle. It's fairfax county still better than orange county california. Cant go on. But for the price from bookings. Can't really blame the inn. It's not the Astoria.

Staff were very kind, helpful and nice. Close to dulles airport and a shuttle van to there and close to lots of places to eat, shop and bank.

First room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This was after I signed a document acknowledging their strict no smoking policy. When we asked for another room we were given one that was occupied. On the third try we finally received a decent room. Then some sort of electrical fire occurred a few rooms down. Fire alarm went off and on many times and the fire department came but never came into the building. After that the entire floor smelled bad.

Great location. Easy walk to shopping and tons of restaurants. Accessible to downtown DC.

i think the carpet needs to be clean, (it smells little like wet clothes) and it was a little dog barking all night… I wasn’t able to sleep.

The breakfast was not so good (no fresh or healthy food) My bed sheet had a gross, crusty corner, which I saw when I woke up. Since the room was otherwise clean it was a shock.

shuttle bus service, was very poor. the driver “Sergio” acting as a manager? very poor attitude. me and my family waited for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the bus. we spent 2 hours trying to call the hotel, no one picked up the call. a driver from a different hotel shuttle bus called Sergeo twice to tell him that people were waiting for him. asked no passenger to sit in the front row as per the hotel policy, no policy was shown. the next day we were with another driver who told us there is no such policy. he threatened us not to give us a ride if we are going to give him a hard time. he had a passenger sitting next to him though? also, the pool was out of service for maintenance, however that was not mentioned during the booking? very disappointed with my stay.
