The one elevator had the "Fire Alarm" button flashing during my stay which made me hesitant to use it. I ended up taking the stairs for most of my stay.
The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was very well stocked and offered many options. It was 5 minutes away from the Casino that I was visiting so it was very convenient for ubbering.

Booking.com could have made the additional charge for early check-in known to the customer. I dont like surprise charges when I get to the desk.

Pros- clean, great location to casino, comfortable Cons- One reason we booked this hotel was for Continental breakfast included. We weren't told oven was broken until the morning when we saw packed brown bags with nothing I liked in them. What a waste, should've received a little discount or something

Open Kitchen for Breakfast should be open at least until 11am. We came down for breakfast and received a bag meal to take along instead of a hot meal to start our day.

Sheets had a stain but we just put other blankets down and slept on them.
The breakfast was a granola bar, apple and muffin. We were hoping for more but understand due to COVID times things a different. Great location to Hershey park and outlets.

Washer was broken and the closest laundromat was almost 7 miles way. This is tough when you are on a long vacation with kids. We only stayed here two nights, but are traveling for 10 days.
They did not have the regular continental breakfast, but had prepackaged bags, this was nice! Many hotels are not offering anything.

It is a basic property, but the staff is hard-working and trying very hard to please.
There was a good value in staying at this property. Even though it was pretty far off the beaten track.

Room wasn't clean, hair in tub, on walls, floors not clean. Funny smell. Mini fridge wobbled. Just old, outdated. Couldn't sit on couch, you basically sank to the floor

The beds were worn out and the couch was concave in the middle. We were afraid to pull out the bed from it. No coffee pot in the room which conflicts with the website. The AC was set at 62 degrees when we arrived which covered a general bad odor in the room when it warmed up. One closet door didn’t work…. We tolerated it but it won’t be rushing back.
The bathroom was well appointed and the location was convenient.

Pool wasn't open due to covid however guest don't have to wear mask. Nothing to do the hotel is out the way so the pool would've been nice. Also breakfast was cancelled. Bagged breakfast was gross filled with water, mints, apple

For whatever reason, our room card did not open the side entrance door.
The hotel and room were clean. It was easy to get to and from Hershey Park. The fitness room equipment was great to use and the continental breakfast was perfect after a late night out. The breakfast area was roomy and clean.

I didn’t like that they wouldn’t see that I stay there a lot and help me out with moving that payment to the weekend I needed .
I stay at the property all the time , well I booked a room for the wrong dates and didn’t realize it until the payment came out of my bank account.

The breakfast attendant was rude. Half the food was empty and took forever to be refilled. He was more concerned about stocking condiments, butters etc when that wasn’t needed. Our room was right next to the highway and it was noisy all night. Should get some type of thicker windows so you can’t hear. The room next to us was up partying til about midnight blasting music. The side doors close early for guest with cards. Should be able to access all night with your room key.
Front desk attendant was really nice and welcoming! Quick and easy check in and out.

The bathroom faucet needs to be fixed, it would not drain the water.

The room could have been cleaned alittle better. Example, carpet cleaned or replaced, shower needed a better scrub. Comforters had light stains. These were just small noticeable issues. The big issues were- Mattress was hard and the pillows were too soft which made for a horrible night of sleep. The heater was noisy when running so, it woke you up if you slept next to it. We only booked for one night so, it was tolerable.
The staff was super friendly. The heated pool was nice. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was a plus.
