Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The price also seems to be little higher compared with regular facilities in these types of areas. Maybe addition to microwave and complimentary water bottles can be provided as none of the restaurants/stores nearby.
Location is fine but the facilities within the room can be improved.. Only good thing about this place is good food in restaurant and staff there helps you to have a good breakfast.

The building is very old, there is trash and broken furniture in the common areas, the grass was not cut and in general, the facilities are way over due for renovation.

I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and again this time. Hotel needs renovation, rooms , specially bathroom needs upgraded. Ceiling is old and patches. Hallways are bit smelly. For the price, it’s decent but upgrades will make it attractive for more customers .
The location is good. Ample parking. Breakfast spread was decent. Could add more items

The grab bar in the show/tub was broke. There was dirt and mold on the heating/ac unit and it was really loud. The stove in the king suite didn't work. I found an earring imbedded in the rug
The breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were really friendly. The desk staff were friendly. They upgraded one of our rooms to a suite, so our rooms could connect.

It was very outdated. The carpet was old and worn. The exercise room was in very bad shape as I noticed possibly black mold on the ceiling tiles that were caving in, and many of the handles on the cable machine were broken and unable to be used.
Service was good, the room looked and smelled very clean.

The double beds can be tight and it’s definitely starting to show it’s older. Renovations would be nice.
We always stay here after games in Pittsburgh. It’s a nice location and decent price. The breakfast is always good.

After driving 4 1/2 hours we were hoping to check in even though we arrived an hour before check in time. They wanted to charge us $45 to check in one hour early.

The room doesn't have slippers for customer. TV remote was not working. I had to change it. No good cable channels,room carpet seems old and dirty. No bottle of water put in the room as most hotels do etc.

Our room was never cleaned. We asked multiple times during a 4 night stay for them to clean the room or take out the trash and supply new towels - and they said sure many times - it was never cleaned. I spoke to the G Manager the last day and he was very nice - but just handed me towels to take too my room. I still like the property and would hope this was a one time problem ?
The breakfast was well done - staff at breakfast was amazing.
