Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The WiFi reception was terrible. I know many won’t have this struggle but since the tv’s aren’t smart tv your forced to watch the terrible cable channels and I really didn’t want to so I hooked my Xbox up to enjoy Netflix but it wouldn’t couldn’t connect to the WiFi cause the strength was so weak.

They ran out of most breakfast items by 9am the 2nd day we were there and wouldn’t offer anything additional. Meanwhile more guests were coming in to get breakfast and hotel staff was there fixing their own plates.
Gentleman checking us in was very friendly.

Drapes don’t block all of the light so streetlights were somewhat bothersome. It’s near an interstate, so there was some noise. Breakfast was ok.
The staff is very, very nice. The bed was comfortable.

The cleaning staff forgot a lot of things & I had to go downstairs repeatedly to get what we needed, including bed sheets for the sofa bed. However, the rooms were properly cleaned. The breakfast ran out early Friday morning. Seemed understaffed. The front desk person was constantly running around helping people. It was spring break & I overheard they were near capacity.
Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay again. The rooms had a nice layout. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. They have a sundry shop that was convenient for drinks & snacks. Austin was incredible to help us with anything we needed. It was in a great location with attractions within 20 minutes. Walmart & Cracker Barrel are super close by along with gas stations, stores, a mall & more.

Chair and throw pillows are filthy, overall the room needs to be cleaned better. But you can't expect Ritz Carlton on a Ritz cracker price. Just don't sit in the chair

One elevator that was slow and long waiting periods, didn’t have a kitchenette in the room, breakfast was decent, some staff had an attitude when you asked for extra towels

Breakfast was not good. The poor one worker couldn’t keep up so my family barely ate. We picked this places specifically for the hot breakfast and everything was basically out or scraps left. They needed at least two workers if not three running breakfast for the amount of people eating that morning. It was a mad rush when he brought something fresh out but there would be a small number of that item and out once again.
The rooms and the beds were comfortable And the room did smell And looked fairly clean. We enjoyed the easy access to the rooms And to the pool as well.

While bug free, I don't believe our bedsheets were clean. I also never saw a housekeeping cart the whole time we was there.
Breakfast was good. Pool area could use more seating, we used our camp chairs that we keep in the car. Check in was easy and it was in a good area to get to the activities we did.

There was hair in our beds when we arrived and everything had crumbs and dust on it. There was a hole in the wall. I had to ask for clean sheets and do them myself and clean myself, because we arrived late. Hallway smelled. Breakfast was ok, when we came down there was no coffee and very little food left at 8am. Everyone was pleasant except for one lady.

So dirty. Our bathroom was visibly dirty. Counter had old makeup smeared on it. The sink had someone else’s spit in it. Beds were covered in someone else’s long brown hair. Floor appeared to have never been so much as swept let alone mopped

The room wasn’t clean I found dirty towels in my room and the floor wasn’t clean.
I like the pool and the location because we was close to different stores and restaurants. They also had hot breakfast every morning.

We were put across the hall from elevator that dings every five minutes and a maintenance closet behind our bed that was noisy at times. Also the TV remote was terrible

Chlorine in the pool was way too strong. But the pool area itself was clean and perfect temperature.
Everything was very clean! Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Close to the interstate, but far enough back behind everything you couldn’t hear traffic. Easy to find. We would definitely stay again if we go back that way.
