THE BREAKFAST!!! No matter what time of morning there was never any coffee. The first morning I asked when there would be coffee and she snapped at me saying “I’m brewing it now “. From then on we went out for breakfast. I don’t think the lady on the front desk should be responsible for the breakfast room too.

The location was near the freeway. The room was comfortable but I had requested a room with no jetted tub. I got a room with a jetted tub in the bedroom.

I had a little trouble getting the connection right for the TV to operate. That's something that could be on the checklist for the room when it's being made ready for a new guest.

Could have been a lot cleaner, there were stains on the couch. floor could have been mopped better. Would have loved to have a change in the hot breakfast at least 1-2 days. The food was ok but the same thing for 7 days??

Proximity to freeway does mean noise, but it wasn't noticeable in my room.

It was my first stay at this hotel, and it fulfilled my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good for access to central Tucson. Security covered the parking area, and I'm always glad to find accommodation that allows pets. I've no doubt I'll be back.

The front lobby could use some updating as the furniture was old and stained, the pool gates were broken so anyone could enter, and there were no free weights in the gym.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the gym had a couple of pieces of equipment that worked just fine. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. This property is very centrally located and easy to access.

After check in we had to go back to front office and get the issued door card activated after we unpacked car and lugged all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. When we got up there, apparently the family across the hall had to do the same because they were all sitting in the hallway. When traveling details like that make a difference.

Tucson's freeway system sucked. The entire 10 freeway was stopped cold and added an extra half hour of our drive time. It's not the hotel's fault though. Most everything they did was spot on for making the stay there pleasant and comfortable.

the breakfast tasted good, although it was really crowded when we ate at 8 am. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were excellent. the little dog run area was a great place to accommodate our dog. The air conditioning was a perfect, cool temperature considering the outside was pretty hot.
