The pool was dirty and the elevator smelled horrible , the breakfast was not good at all recommend either eating the cereal or just going out for breakfast also the vending machines were empty.

room key issues with lock.had key reset 8 times till maintenance came and fixed low battery in lock.was really only issue.had a great stay.

Although a pleasant stay, I think the beds were uncomfortable, and the couch and chair as well in the sitting area. The breakfast was acceptable, and much like any of the others I've experienced, although by 10:00 am, it looked picked clean.

The Hotel is very nice, the rooms were very clean and nicely appointed, especially the bathroom. The Staff is professional and attentive. The extended check out time (12:00 pm) is a lovely touch, allowing for a leisurely breakfast (until 10:30 am) and departure. PS: continuous availability of coffee and cookies was a great treat!

Convenient location. Love the pool and Jacuzzi available from 6 AM to midnight. Breakfast was nice and served starting 6 AM. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The kids had to use their shower towel for the pool. They were still wet the following morning. Wish that the coffee cup were a bit larger as I like my coffee in the AM. And with three kids and taking them skiing foe three day in a row I definitely could have used a bit more coffee to start the day.

The room was clean, My kids loved breakfast and the fact that when we came back from skiing there were cookies. They also enjoyed that you had a pool. But no towels by the pool.

If noise bothers you ask for a room opposite road. Could use some healthier breakfast options like fresh fruit, yogurt with sugar instead of unhealthy low fat fake sugar additives.

Easy to get to from skiing. Reasonable pricing. Nice to have a pool for our kids.

When I got to my room, I had to use the microwave. There was food still in it from the prior guest, pizza rolls to be exact. I told the front desk and she cleaned it. She also asked me to send her a picture, which i did, so she could send to management. I never heard anything back...

That the hot tub was finally working properly after almost two years. I stay there every time I'm in town, 3-4 times a year. Apparently they had trouble getting the parts...

There is no direct pull in from the highway, you must go past and double back due to lane divider. no truck trailer parking

Accessing the hotel parking lot was very difficult. GPS directs you to an unmarked private road that should get you to the hotel which is on the opposite side of the divided road. That road is not only hard to see, but also often flooded, iced over or washed out. If you circle around and turn right too early, you'll wind up taking a 40 mile round-trip detour via the PA Tpk.

Hotel was great! Comfortable bed, clean linens, nice breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and helpful.
